- Disufiroa is an Elder Dragon and the Final Boss of Monster Hunter Frontier G2. It can be fought at the Battleground and World's End. Its title 熾凍龍 stands for Seraphim Frozen Dragon. Disufiroa possesses a body structure and behavioural pattern (as seen in leaked video material) similar to that of Alatreon. Its weapons will possess a unique and new element called Seraphim Frozen Attribute, which is a combination of the 3 elements it uses: Fire, Ice and Dragon.

Anyone would be if they accepted this quest.
And the gameplay videos sure confirm that
This plays at the end of the world.
Quite literally, Dhisufiroa are only known to inhabit one area of the world known as Worlds End
After some time passes, the stranded hunters repair the Large Exploration Ship and make it operational, taking to the skies once again as they leave the volcanic region. Not too far away from where they fought Shantien, they stumble upon an evil-looking barren wasteland.
It looks like they walked straight into the underworld, and there doesn't seem to be any kind of life here. No plants grow here... No animals live here... But why? The hunters will soon learn why, and the one monster that lives here is often considered to be the "strongest."
In ancient times, Shantien fought against a powerful Elder Dragon for supremacy over its domain, but it was ultimately defeated by the monster at the end of the great battle. Shantien's rival is an Elder Dragon known as Disufiroa, the Frozen Seraphim Dragon.
Long thought to be extinct by the Guild until it was rediscovered by hunters on the Large Exploration Ship, Disufiroa is considered to be the strongest monster encountered in G-rank for Mezeporta. In terms of strength, Disufiroa ranks far above most other Elder Dragons.
Disufiroa lives at the World's End, and it is the only known creature to live there. No plants or animals can be found there, and that's all because of Disufiroa's presence. Just like Alatreon, Disufiroa's abilities make it impossible for a stable ecosystem to sustain itself.
Disufiroa is nicknamed the Frozen Seraphim Dragon because of its ability to control fire and ice. Its horn controls cold air, creating ice, while organs in its body produce fire. The two elements constantly conflict with each other as Disufiroa uses them together.
Its control over these elements causes some of its scales to be white and cold or red and hot. By using these elements together, Disufiroa can cause extreme temperature changes to an ecosystem, making it difficult for other species to live within the same environment as it does.
Although it can control fire and ice simultaneously, it comes at a cost. Disufiroa is one of the strongest monsters known, but its power is its greatest weakness. Disufiroa's life is always in danger when it uses the two elements, meaning it could kill itself if it loses control.
To stay alive, Disufiroa has to keep a balance between its elemental powers to maintain control of them. If it loses control of just one of them, it'll end up freezing itself like a frozen statue and dying. Rumor has it that some frozen Disufiroa aren't really dead.
Interestingly, countless scars can be found on its wings. They may come from previous battles it has had.Disufiroa's weapons have a new element called Frozen Seraphim (Japanese 熾凍), which is a combination of Fire (80%), Ice (80%), and Dragon (40%). A fun fact about Disufiroa and Shantien is that both are weak to each other's elements, more so Disufiroa.
From the beginning of its development, Disufiroa's whole design and concept is meant to reflect "strength." Throughout Monster Hunter Frontier G, Disufiroa is called "G's Strongest" (Japanese G級最強), plus it's the second Conquest War monster introduced to Frontier.
----------------------------------
There has been unusual activity at the World's End recently. It looks as if Disufiroa has returned, but something seems different about this individual compared to the last one.
After Monster Hunter Frontier G5, it had two smaller updates in-between before G6: G5.1 and G5.2. In these two updates, Monster Hunter Frontier introduced a new addition to the Conquest War system called the Solstice War (Japanese 至天征伐戦).
The Solstice Wars were special in the fact that the monsters that appeared in them were at their highest level, Level 9999, from the start. Like Conquest War monsters, these monsters had increased defense and attack power, making them much stronger than any average monster.
Not only did these monsters get a buff in their stats, but these monsters also gained new moves and another phase to their battle, bringing out their full potential. There are only two Solstice War monsters in Frontier, and the first was Disufiroa. It had made its grand return!
Though most Disufiroa die once they lose control of their power, some have figured out ways to free themselves from suspended animation upon freezing themselves.
Once these powerful individuals have reawakened, they'll surround themselves in fire, melting most of the ice off their body, before fighting more fiercely than ever before.
When it was first revealed that Disufiroa had come back stronger than ever for G5.1, everyone was speechless. They somehow made the strongest monster more terrifying than ever and come back with a vengeance, wanting revenge after we had supposedly slain it.

"Zerureusu's recent appearance seems to have foretold a great disaster. Recently, some kind of giant Elder Dragon has been reported destroying nearby villages, leaving nothing but destruction behind, and a large sphere of energy has been sighted hovering over Castle Schrade."
"Could it be that the legend has returned?"
"In Monster Hunter Frontier G3.1, a third Conquest War monster besides Shantien and Disufiroa was added to the game. After years of slumber, Fatalis had made its comeback in not only Monster Hunter 4, but Monster Hunter Frontier. Both games revamped it the same year, 2013."
"While Monster Hunter 4 revamped Fatalis in general, Frontier brought it into G-rank and revamped it only for that rank for the Conquest War system. Unlike the other incarnations, this Fatalis has overwhelming power and has an unnatural vibe to it, similar to its lore."
"The G-rank Fatalis is a variation of Fatalis, more powerful than an average individual. Seemingly, G-rank Fatalis's changes are caused by dragon energy and an unknown substance flowing throughout its body, making it more formidable than ever before."
"It is said that it can control the dragon element in its body by using its horns, and it seems to release the energy in various ways. The prominent way it releases dragon energy is from its chest, which has changed. Dark flames cover its chest, leaking out extraordinary power."
"If that wasn't enough, G-rank Fatalis's shell has become stronger from its immense energy, making it impervious to strikes from weapons and allowing the monster to regenerate from extreme wounds quickly. It can also scare off other creatures by simply flapping its wings."
"A creepy light coming from its eyes invites those it stares at into its dark depths, and unknown substance flowing through its body doesn't have an exact weight, though it seems that might be caused by its dragon energy."
"G-rank Fatalis has all sorts of attacks that fit with the whole unnatural thing it has going on with its lore, some of which I didn't even know about until recently. It plays dead at higher levels before bursting back to life and can create portals (I'm dead serious)."
"The biggest attack it has is known as the "Giant Star" (Japanese 巨星). Fatalis will breathe dragon energy into the star floating above Schrade before flying into the air and forcing it down to the ground. This attack covers half of Castle Schrade."
"The G-rank Fatalis uses the Black Flame Element, a combination of Fire (50%) and Dragon (150%). One other thing worth noting about G-rank Fatalis is its armor skill, Dark Finale (Japanese 最期の閃黒), which straight-up shows the rumored Fatalis possession in-game."

Awesome and scary at the same time also quite unique that the different color schemes represent his constant battle with his elements
Dhisufiora with deathwing voice* PAIN.....AGONY.......MY HATRED RAVAGES THROUGH THE CAVERNESS DEEPS....THE WORLD HEAVES WITH MY TORMENT! ITS WREATCHED GUILDS QUAKE BENEATH MY RAGE, BUT AT LAST! THE SPIRIT OF THE HUNTER WILL BREAK AND ALL SHALL FREEZ BENEATH THE SHADOW OF MY WINGS!
Again, Frontier being the cooler kids
Hell has frozen over and somethings come out of it...
This whole theme sounds like danger, "You are in danger, it doesnt matter what it is just that something is here and it wants to kill you", but this phase just sounds like "You are going to die, and there is nothing you can do about it."
Thank whatever deity or lack thereof you believe in that there are no elemental blights in Frontier.

I've been using a mod that replaces alatreon's theme for this one in alatreon's battle MHWi. Imo sounds much more fitting and somehow makes the fight more epic.
Sounds awesome do you have the other stages set with it or just this one either one sounds awesome
@@zerotheassassin4046 soundtrack mods usually only replace 1 or more tracks PER soundtrack mod, so you can't unfortunately stack 2 soundtrack mods together (of the same type which is usually the case) to change multpile soundtracks. This is because the BGM bank (were soundtracks are stored in the game) has all the tracks all pilled in a single file. So soundtrack mods simply update that file which changes a single or multiple tracks from the BGM bank (which is why you can't have 2 bgm mods at the same time cuz they both usually edit the same file).
It is possible to combine BGM mods but you have to know how to edit them to extract and insert the soundtracks from one mod to anither to have all the soundtracks in just one mod (which I do not know).
But regarding your question, the mod I use only replaces alatreon's fight theme. All the other theme fights from other monsters remain intact.

Would be awesome if they put him in MHW and he has a turf war with Alatreon.
Dude no hunter better be within even 200 feet of their turf war
Damage from that turf battle would lead to the whole place caving in
What I hear when I see either Alatreon or dhisufiroa in iceborne
Just read someone uses a mod to play this over Altreon theme and now imagining it sounds fucking awesome
Ponder this concept:
Dhisufiroa vs Shantiyen
Dhisufiroa. Easily. Shanthien's pretty strong, sure, but even in its final form it lacks the speed and raw firepower that Dhisufiroa has.
Drakonzeta Having rewatched a video of Shanthien, I consider this viewpoint to be mostly verified. Shanthien takes a while to reach full power, and even then, it is much slower than Dhisufiroa, and takes longer to fire off its attacks. Even if it did have as much raw power, that alone would lead to its defeat.
Drakonzeta
still if such a battle were to happen, they would have to re-draw the maps
HELLSWINE suddenly charges in and kills both of them
If HELLSWINE didn't come they would mate and create an ABOMINATION like what yian kut Ku+Rathian and Plesioth+Tigrex did.
Yian Garuga?
Tbh, I love mostly everything about it's design, except for it's chest....it just looks so weird to me. But that's frontier for ya....
Alatreon also has those chest spike. And the fact that this thing can use multiple elements kinda hints its relationship with Alatreon.
@@stygiandragon3865 and similar posture, I honestly do believe that Alatreon is probably distantly related given the similarities.
@@katyvern9116 Plus the fact that it can STILL lose control of the elements(by its death cutscene), like Alatreon.
@@stygiandragon3865 They're definitely related.
Kind of looks like the elder dragon in Etrian Odyssey III
What am I looking at? I love it!!!
You are looking at Dhisufiroa
The most powerful monster throughout the whole franchise
So far
Adam Stewart Duremudira, the guardian of the Sky Corridor, is arguably more powerful than even Solstice Disufiroa now.
I highly doubt that especially lore wise then again I could be wrong
Dure's attack power and speed are just as high as Disu's, and he has a TON of health.
So he is as strong as Disufiroa alright so maybe he's stronger game wise but lore wise? I doubt it
Satan sends his regards.
WELL,THEN.
the hardest elder dragon ever!
Durem seems harder
Is it just me or are they saying Dhisufiroa at 0:08
Satan, is that you?
(Quite long but please read tell me what do you think of this for a battle begin.)
(A deep laugh echoes across the frozen land, over the ice spires that dwarfed the hunters.)
Dhisufiroa: Bold yet ignorant of you mortals, to think that you have any hope of victory against me. My brother's (Alatreon) defeat was brought from his own weakness. l will not share the fate of that insignificant whelp. Many of your kind have tried to take my life, NONE have succeeded. You stand a wheat field amongst a blizzard, a forest to the flame.
(Hunters draw their instruments of death, focused and courageous looks on their faces.)
Dhisufiroa : Many a time l have seen those faces. Many a time l have enjoyed witnessing their bravery turn to fear.
(Snow and wind begin to form around the battleground.)
Dhisufiroa : Very well you have sealed your fate, I will boil the blood in your frames, l will freeze the flesh on your bodies. There will be no merciful death for you.
(Dhisufiroa lands the ground steaming from the heat radiating from claws of the mighty dragon.)
Dhisufiroa: The searing flames are mine to command, the cold embrace of the mountains are bent to my will. (The Blizzard intensifies as Dhisufiroa approaches, roaring loudly knocking the hunters from their feet.)
(Battle theme starts)

Ok this guy make Mega Rayquaza hide in fear of being obliterated! this is the true god of dragons. not Rayquaza, not White fatalis, not Akatosh and not even Deathwing!!
Akatosh is literally the god of dragons. While Dhisufiroa would possibly beat him, the fight wouldn't happen at all.

Adam Stewart As closely related the two look, it isn't a subspecies. but would you really believe this thing could be related to alatreon and cause this much destruction.
