they said they have been changed from iphone to a computer so technically they have been edited even if they didn't edit them to make them look more damaging just changing the file type is EDITING.

I too knew that the differences in the files could simply have been due to compression, which is what happens sometimes when you transfer files between devices (amongst other times), but the very simple fact that we have not looked at the original pictures is quite fishy to me.

well they have to try anything to discredit people that came to help plaintiff. If there is inconsistency they will attack it. but asking that question is fishy because - if anyone said YES then they are irrelevant. If they say no they potentially might be telling a lie throwing a doubt on their statement. so just asking that question they can use that for narrative in their closing statement.
And she KEEPS ON RECYCLING AND REUSING THAT SAME accusation over and over for almost all jd witnesses 😭😭😭😭 well what about AH witnesses.. soo biased and not likable at all.. if anyone is fame thirsty it’s their witnesses.

I don't think it matters. The last witness is a surgeon of some kind called to testify about the alleged bruising in the pictures. I assume to set the record straight that it is in fact Botox bruising and cold sores.

No, she doesn't need to be on any movies or projects moving forth the trial. Such act need to have some serious consequences. Heard being jobless is the least one.
Dr Spiegel came up with some opinions that just seemed ludicrous. For instance he talked about JD's alleged narcissistic traits that were shown by his lack of empathy. In doing so he completely ignored that JD has in fact been quite empathic, he was when he talked about Whitney, and half the world heard him talk about retreating to the bathroom to get away from AH, she knocks until he opens just a little, and when she says ouch he bends down to see if her foot got scratched under the door (then she kicks the door into his head). I wouldn't be able to give a better example for empathy than that. He wanted to close the door and get back to safety, but even in that situation he is worried about her foot getting scratched. He is also known for being extremely generous to those that are in need around him, known for visiting children in hospitals, doing benefiz work etc. He's well know for giving gifts and money to people around him in need, allowing friends that don't have money to live at his places for free. One of them lives at his place for over 10 year I believe. Most importantly: he invited Ambers friends like Rocky, IO and her sister Whitney to live in these exclusive penthouses for free, when they had nowhere to go. He wouldn't even charge a penny. No empathy? To me Dr Spiegel seemed more like a patient than a doctor.
Spiegel was like watching the David Lee Roth of shrinks. That's who he looks like.
Honestly very scary when there are Drs like that… Especially psychiatrists and counselors since every word can adversely effect the patient who in some cases is already doubting themselves.
I once had a first session and the counselor cut off my answer to all of his questions and then near the end went on a 10minute rant about conspiracy theories… obviously never went back but very confused as to how these people are getting certification smh

They have a counterclaim so they will get to have rebuttal testimony tomorrow but they only have 1 hour left. They may have more witnesses just for their counterclaim but they will have limited time to give testimony.
Pretty sure they get the final summation...sadly. Hopefully, the damage has been done & can't be undone by a closing statement.
@@PhoebeMc I know when I worked in medical malpractice Civil trials, the Plaintiffs always had the last word at closing meaning Plaintiff did their closing, defense did theirs and Plaintiffs were allowed an additional 30 mins before jury instructions, etc. I'm not sure what the Civil procedure is in Va but it may be similar.
They only have 1 hour left so they have 1 hour to go through rebuttal and then they will be cut off.

I thought the man from Hicksville was a very poor witness. It was obvious he wasn't part of their group and after 45 minutes or so he went back into his house. He stated depp grabbed Amber. He also stated he was with them or out there all night, something like that. Of course, that wasn't so and testimony I heard from Amber and Rocky stated depp grabbed a girl leaning on Amber, not Amber herself. The plaintiff team would have been better off not calling this guy. On top of that he looked and acted strange. He had no presentation.
