Its really nice to take Indian food tour with you guys. Love the way you are exploring local culture and gelling in with everyone.. Thanks for taking us along
Loved this video. I have never seen this part of India, seeing it through your video.. Oh btw, the little black "ants" are fried black mustard seeds, commonly used as seasoning in India, particularly South India.. :)
We are yet to cover this historical place, good you explored it. The local foods are best to try out when you visit a place. I felt tender coconut prices are quite economical there. It is healthy too.
Mm that rice looked good at the end, and too funny that the dog was sitting there waiting for scraps. It looked like a beautiful place to walk around and explore the heritage site.
@@KayandGogo few years ago i use to watch turkish dramas. From there i picked up many words. Keep up the good work brother. Your vlogs are very original. 👍
Look at all those coconuts! Great way to start the day. The landscape is rustic. I love the waterways and all the farms. I love that you guys are out in the countryside exploring. Cheeky little monkeys. Look at y'all feeding all the animals.
in delhi right now it green coconuts are for ₹70 per piece. But in Kerela villages it maybe for ₹10. So the price varies depending on the place and season.
Thanks Kay and Gogo for reminding us how good natural coconut water are. I also prefer to drink coconut water or sugarcane juice instead of bottled cold drinks. Cold drinks are good occasionally.
It's true that many places in India don't grow coconuts , hence are expensive because of transportation costs . Coconuts are largely grown in southern India , along the coastline. Upto 50 km inside the coastline it is a feasible crop.
the animals star in this one! Cute dog, cat and the one-armed monkey! The lake looks beautiful, but boy I reckon it's hot out there! You two still having a ball!
Coconut is produced mostly in Karnataka , kerala, Tamil Nadu ,hence it's cheapest in Karnataka whereas in Mumbai it's 60 or 70 rs more so in north India. Drink coconut instead of cold aerated drinks because it highly nutritious health benefits.
Firstly, it is good that the video does not exceed 30 minutes... in order for it to get the largest number of views... but you should not be late in putting it on RUclips... try at least a video every two days... and no Extend the period of absence
Coconut is a South Indian fruit and transported all over the world. It gets expensive as it travels north journey. You should have have eaten the malai that is soft Coconut from inside the shell it is very good for health
@@KayandGogo A monolithic statue of Bahubali referred to as “Gommateshvara” built by the Ganga dynasty minister and commander Chamundaraya is a 60 feet (18 m) monolith and is situated above a hill in Shravanabelagola, in the Hassan district of Karnataka. It was built in the 10th century AD.
Since Gogo is still in Chennai, he should try Tamarind Rice, Coconut rice, Bread Toast rice, Pongal rice, Tomato Rice, Lemon Rice, Curd Rice & Ambur Biryani.
omg...rice...lentils...hummus...beans...potatoes...spinang.....they are all toys that Popeye plays with....where is the meat....where is the kebab.... Where is the barbecue... where is the fish... where is the serious food that we are accustomed to, the huge, destructive Obelix
Ok because nobody is telling you.. lemme tell u that not every coconut has coconut flesh. The fresher/young the coconut is the more the water content. You can always ask for "malai wala" (with flesh one) if you can pronounce it and the seller understand 😄😄
20rp they are to cheap If you want coconut-meat ask them before buying coconut malai (coconut-meat) they are more expensive 10-30rp than the just water.
Tender coconuts are 30-35 Rs in Bangalore. Coconut is more ingrained in South Indian culture than elsewhere in Indian subcontinent. Mumbai despite being in the Konkan coast doesn't have as much of coconut industry as say Hampi or Bangalore which are a part of the Semi-Arid Deccan.

Coconut water is a laxative , drinking too much can actually kill.

Coconut leaves are like many long strands they are not flat like banana leaves... So food is only served on banana leaves
Banana leaves are better than plates
