what are you guys doing with your stargazers and guild coins?
almost have reinier m+ than im saving f2p btw,and 60k gems waiting for a good rate up heroe
I just need 4 more stargazer pulls for pity and am about a little less than 10k guild coins for my next two copies of Reinier. Then he'll be at m+. Hopefully, that'll help my dream realm progress some with the next milestone for that being getting Korin to M+. After getting him to M+, I'll likely just hang on to orbs and guild coins for a while to see if we get Talene in the near future. She was one of my favorites from Arena, and regardless of who I go for next, it'll be a considerable amount of time before they're at a usable level.

Reset already have Reiner M+, then will start to save for something broken ideally, already sitting on 200k+ diamonds and 300 summoning letters for select banner. I want to summon but haven’t since Vala banner
As a very light spender (monthly gazette, occasional $0.99 deal), I can only buy copies in guild store. I do buy the 40%off crystals that are offered in a very limited quantity. I don't see a path to doing much w/ celestials/hypogeans in less than 10 years unless they start offering a realistic way to get the celestial orbs.
Going for Berial, have him at Mythic already... Stopping at Mythic plus then moving over to Dionel... Man I'm just building Cel hypos for more teams 🤣
Talene will most likely be broken considering its basically Lilith's child at this point.
If she has ressurection then she is best hero and it's not debatable,it would just be to op with Igor and Damian in team dude
I've been thinking about the best way to invest in heroes, and I've realized that focusing on Celestial-Hypogean characters that offer power boosts without needing high proficiency is key.
Take Renier, for instance. He provides a straight percentage damage increase against specific enemies, regardless of his proficiency level. This means you don't need to get him to Supreme+ to see significant benefits.
In contrast, tanks suffer if they're only at Mythic+ because their effectiveness gets nerfed by the proficiency stat wall. It's frustrating that this barrier exists, but it does highlight an important strategy: you can max out S-tier heroes much more easily than Celestial-Hypogean characters.
So, the best approach is to prioritize Mythic+ support Celestial-Hypogean characters that aren't affected by proficiency walls. For example, supports like Koko offer flat percentage HP healing, attack boosts, or damage increases. These buffs remain effective regardless of the proficiency gap between you and the enemy team, unlike tanks or DPS characters that are heavily impacted by proficiency checks.
Additionally, for roles that require high proficiency stats to be effective, like tanks or DPS, you should focus on S-tier heroes. These heroes can be maxed out more easily, allowing them to overcome proficiency barriers and perform at their best. By investing wisely in both Celestial-Hypogean supports and S-tier tanks or DPS, you can build a more balanced and powerful team.
yup i agree with you but its all just a gamble unless we had access to the full release roadmap and character releases
Exactly that's why I s+ my Brutus and s my Anthandra use them in front with my Scarlita and now I slotted my 2 copy of phraesto in the team and it's broken because they can't kill Brutus and Anthandra quick enough to target phraesto so he always survives with Anthandra or both frontliners

Yes. And the more people that get him to M+, the harder it will be to compete for ressources in dream realm if you don't have him. Even if Talene comes, Reiner will still be mandatory for dream realm to compete
no one does what reiner does but we have plenty of good tanks doesn't take a genius to pick which is better for your account
Love the video! As per usual it is very hard to tell anything that is about to come since they still haven't done a roadmap. I can only compare it to Idle Heroes with the points you are making. Like "Maybe next event will be a little bit better or the next hero" and etc. I hope they start to release a roadmap for every season or just monthly ones like "This month we will have 2 new normal heroes and 1 hypogean/celestial". Just give us a general idea what the content of a season is or how many new heroes/celestials/hypogeans we can expect!

This video, even if you make perfect sense and I agree with you, show how fucking bad is the gatcha system on the game... Having to save for a month or so is ok as f2p, but 2/3 month, because we have no currency, because we can't use prenium currency to drop hypo/cel, this is just bad.. And don't get me started on the 2 regular banner and the fact that we have no friendship one ( witch could help with acorn, they're made to get fodder in most of iddle, same think). I love the design, best combat system in iddle but man, the economy of the game is SO bad, the worst I've seen ( and I've try a shit tons of iddle)...
I recently used up all my stargazers and went for the Reinier. I got him to mythic and even now, so far, I have not regretted it at all! definitely worth it! although, I am hoping i don't regret it!
Saddly in this game with the infinite levels- they are going for in seasons even with the best units ever you will always lose to higher levels .... Kinda sad they are going that way.

I'm thinking about future seasons where it's beneficial to go through more content earlier, which gives you significant advantages and momentum for bosses. if you complete stages and get resources earlier at the start of the season, it gives you a headstart that increases every day.
this tank allows you to play at a strong deficit and allows you to gain a big advantage relative to those who don't have it.
but id say scarlita probably offers better deficit pushing than him if it came down to only having one of them
I got Reinier to M+, now I'm saving up till the next celestial comes out. By then I'll have plenty of resources to make an informed decision. Currently I would place higher priority on Scarlita over the others, but that might change by the time I can guarantee an S+.
I got really lucky and got reinier my first month from the log in, got 2 early copies and just bought my last copy a few days ago from guild shop to get m+. I'm saving from now on.
Im at L+ (with 1 dupe already) Reiner. Im going to finish him (to M+ at the very least)
The only real issue with saving is if they continue the pateren of needing weapon level 15 for the special effect on weapon. As that requires supereme minimum instead of mythic+.
Although saving after getting the mythic reiner to compete in dream realm is likely for the best as the other 4 cele hypos need super+ to be very good.
Waiting for a game breaking dps to come up. Either Rate up banner or cele/hypo and go crazy.
Chances are after I M+ reiner, all my gazer stuff is going to be saved for Talene. No way she's not OP
As much as it sucks saving is probably the way to go until that game changing unit is out
haven't watched the video yet but im skipping phraesto. some might not agree, but pulling for an afk stage hero and pvp, doesn't make sense for me if you aren't whaling out. After a certain afk stage the rewards from afk are so minimal that don't see why many are making such a fuss over the people having phraesto which will be X stage further than them. Just a few more days of waiting and you will be higher level, in time everyone will be on the same stage since they aren't infinite.
with the cele/hypo we have now the best two are no doubt, number 1 reiner m+ for dream realm. he is ESSENTIAL if you want to rank at a good spot
then there is scarlita which in my eyes is much better than phraesto.
plus since phraesto is a tank, you need to go all in. tanks need stats to survive and do their job, so for us mortal people with lower budget better save diamonds/guild coins for other types of cele/hypo heroes and be prepared for them. Maybe an OP support or OP damage dealer, those would help us MUCH more than going for an afk/pvp hero. ( pvp doesn't give you that much to go for him too. with thoran/granny as tanks in pvp you will go far)

Base on your rank in dream realm boss, i noticed that how this game super gacha in server.
I play the newest server at that time and it after your server 2,3 days, i always watch your video and check your possession and even i just follow the same but while u on top 10 dream realm, my top just day after day from 10>30>50>100.
And now seem u not log to the game few days cause my level already above you 20 but u still top 33 while i still struggling to get top100( top in 1 server not district).
Pp might think server will fun when have much players and guilds will more competitive. Nah they created their own p2w guild and all other guilds whale members just leave and join them so we need to create our own f2p guild.
Now still have a lot p2w players but our f2p guild day after day more people quit the game. I really love this game but with this game contents so little and my server situation, i dont know how long i can play more 💔
yeah i was super busy at season start so i couldnt push first 3 days which put me super behind and dropped me from top 20 to top 100. but u are correct coz i got super lucky on my server
Btw even that i never say i dont like p2w. I very appreciate because they are the one who keep the game continue. I just say this to share my game feeling at this moment and show that endgame content, new characters development really have a big problem and it need to change and improve to hold and get players back to the game
Is there a benefit to doing stargazer pulls 10 at a time? All the others say guaranteed A rank but for star gazer there's no guarantees for 10 pulls

I’ve done 10 pulls and single pulls, from 10 pulls I’ve gotten the 9999 and 3000 diamond drop while from single pulls I’ve gotten Rainier many times lol
The only real benefit is saving some time in between singular pulls, what with that extra little animation where it wants you to hold your finger
I have really bad luck with my district. How can this guy finnish just out of the top 50 while my server got access to song of strife one day after his and im higher seasonal level and use a L+ reinier and i can barely crack the top 70😢
the server RNG is crazy unfortunately
Rng is indeed nuts for how active your server is.
Also though, L+ reinier adds absolutely nothing to your boss damage in dream realm and such. Has to be M+ to unlock his damage boost

yup, the value in reinier is how many extra rewards u think he can get you in dream realm
I disagree about Phraestro needing to be S+ as a tank. My Paragon Thoran currently has about 1.6B HP. my Mythic (not +) Phaestro has 800M HP. So about half, but then he doubles it by having a complete duplicate of himself and can have a huge Dmg Reduction buff. 1 copy may not be viable, true, but he definitely doesnt have to be Supreme+, from a strictly tanking perspective he is in all likelyhood better than thoran in a lot of circumstances. This is true at high deficit as well as most records in the mid 900s include him now, and not all are even S+. I also question how long you will be able to hold your dream realm ranking where it is without M+ reinier. as most people imo should be building toward him to that point, more ppl will start to pass you im guessing. his debuff and ability to turn a dps into a quasi-tank are absurdly powerful in dream realm
oh yeah he is definitely viable without S+ I still use him at 1 copy in my pushing. but i always look at it in terms of total value that im gaining and at this stage i still cant pity him to M+ so if i save for the next hero then by that stage i can hopefully get them straight to M+ or S+ depending on how good the S+ is and get the instant benefit. Also, with his usage in the highest deficit pushing, im trying to weigh up if he would be as impactful for someone without scarlita deficits vs those without, coz those scarlita deficits are extra straining on survivability
@@VolkinAFKJourney Scarlita is not nearly as important for afk stage pushing as reinier is to dream realm. There are some teams that use her and she works well, but there are many many many that dont. Its mostly a combination of Eironn, Odie, Florabelle, Hewynn, Smokey, Rowan, Thoran, Granny, Arden, Reinier, Koko, Scarlita, Damian and every once in a while a brutus or carolina, or antandra. The front line is usually very important, some stages have almost like hard requirements like odie for execute or wilders for granny and arden cc, or reinier for swapping a High value target. For most stages if we are comparing importance of Reinier vs Scarlita vs Phaestra, i 100% believe the number of levels required to make up missing one of them with be greatest from Reinier and least with Scarlita. The important thing to remember about Phaestro is that he does not NEED a specific ascension level like Reinier. Each time u upgrade will make him better, but he has the important parts of the kit already. I can attest to the fact that he helps push mid 900 afk stages over the other tanks for most circumstances at regular mythic. I just want to caution players who might want to skip reinier that most likely they will start to drop in dream realm ranks real fast as more F2P players begin getting him to M+
i definitely agree that with the current roster, Reinier to M+ is top priority. After that it is definitely a whale decision. some of the whales i know said that he Phraesto is helping them push more than they were before but they are still using scarlita in every stage too so its definitely a possibility that he is better for whales than scarlita. TLDR for F2P i think the play is to save after Reinier M+ to see what next unit it. Most F2P unless getting super lucky will only just be reaching the point to maybe M+ reinier now

This is just slowing down your progess you could get many extra resources if you m plus Reinier.Also i got two copies of reinier today in 10 pulls only 2 copies away from m plus next week will get another copy from guild store
Reinier is just too good in about every game mode to not get him to M+. Also, he doesnt need S+ which is huge for hypogeans, since going there you need like another 6 copies. If you wait for a hypo who needs S+ you essentially need double amount of pulls. Plus Reinier already had 1 copy free, so getting him M+ is a no brainer for me.
yup thats why i said i dont think its wrong to go him, just my personal choice. if the next cel hypo is broken then this will be an amazing decision. if they suck then ill regret my choice

@VolkinAFKJourney well when I first started I didn't believe you guys when you said reiner was good, so I went for dionel 😂 He's legendary, and my reiner is now L+ I feel it's best to finish him at this point. It could all be another learning mistake 🤣🤣
Reiner mitic+ is like odie supreme+, is one of the best heroes in every game mode, is a must have, you can save for another broken celestial/hipogian, but I think the best is save after you have reiner mitic+

Go m+ reiner first. Then do whatever u want to do, saving or not. That's it. End of the story.
I don't think this mentality of waiting for a broken hero to come out is good, I mean, so far very few heroes have been broken or meta defining, heroes like Thoran, Vala, Koko, Odie and Reiner, are very important and powerful heroes, yes, but the vast majority of heroes are very balanced.
Soren, Alsa and Florabelle for example have not been heroes that stand out too much, they just added more variety in some strategies and that's good! I don't think AFK Journey will shoot themselves in the foot and release a broken hero that drives a very beast powercreep, because so far that hasn't happened.
Saving is fine, it's a good gamble that can work out well or it can slow everything down in your account progression, but I think in the long run it's not good to miss out on powerful units like reiner m+ just to wait for a new broken hero that may or may not come.
I dont even care anymore. I dropped this game yesterday. Thanks for your coverage but these past couple weeks of season play I've never been more bored. Story is sooo lame. The up and down additions to the terrain just make exploration take longer without making it cooler or more rewarding. I thought this game would be more fun to login and play but nah.

Especially since you can basically do it right now AND THEN do what youre doing, to save for some hypothetical "god unit". Or if you just dont actually care about progression per say or getting tidal essence from the dream realm, so you just leave your units at +0 weapons, then i also get it.

i pushed into top 50 last boss. i dont think reinier will push me to top 20. if i think M+ reinier will disproportionately benefit my account then i will. i dont think he is boosting me 30 ranks atm
@@VolkinAFKJourney but he literally can lmao. He no joke, pushed me 20 ranks, the day I got him to mythic+. Purely from slotting him into my lineup and changing nothing else. I was hovering around where you are, now I'm top 20. Like that's how much of a difference he makes. I think you may just be trying to talk yourself out of it lol.
And again, you can get him to mythic+ almost immediately and then save whoever you want and skip all the other current Cel/Hypo. Also who knows if every other Cel/Hypo that comes out, is gonna need S+ like Phraestos does.
But I mean, do you homie. I just personally think that this "God unit", probably DPS, that you're waiting for, will never benefit your account more than a Support who is boosting the damage of your entire team.
yup and thats why at the start i said that building reinier is still good for those doing it. Current safe play is reinier M+ and save. However that will put you out of range for a M+ Cel Hypo for what i would expect to be 2 Cel/hypos. Im taking a gamble and saving now, it might pay off and it might not
