You can do it in Creo 6 without the body feature by copying the surfaces creating a quilt and then patterning the quilt.

Yes, you can make an icosahedron in earlier versions of Creo and Pro/Engineer. I did it in Creo 7 because it’s a relatively recent version that many people should have access to and I wanted to use Multibody.
