    So is it meanwhile possible to have cross-hatched section surfaces, and export (vector) drawings including the sections for example to PDF?

      Creo Illustrate has the capability to cap a section with a solid plane. The capped section will export to vector outputs.

      @@DavidG2P Yes, You could use the exported 2D vector section from Illustrate (With the capped section faces) to apply cross-hatching in IsoDraw

    What ia difference bw creo and creo illustration

      Creo Illustrations is for building 3D Illustrations and animations, you can start from a CAD Document. Creo is the PTC CAD solution.

      Creo Illustrate is part of the Creo family of products from PTC. Creo Parametric is often referred to as Creo, but the are many product under the Creo name.
