🚲FINALLY BACK! Biking in Bologna 24 years after I lived there❤️Italian cities

Wheelsabroad felt a bit like Wheels@home today :-) I lived in Bologna (Italy) as a student back in 1997 and did my fair share of biking back then (the video includes a photo of my bike from back then. Oddly, I had not been back since 1997. Quite creatively, I biked the whole commuting route from my former flat to my former job. This commute included the Via San Donato and today I biked it for kilometers and kilometers the oppositie direction as well, until far outside the city. Never been there before! I also climbed the hill up to the San Luca church and I don't remember doing that in 1997. Noteworthy, this was the first Wheelsabroad biking trip abroad since the corona pandemic had started. It was an emotional and impressive journey.
