Just a little tip, you generally can't compare drives speed (other than SSD's) results from Crystal Disk Mark like in your example. By that I mean you old hard drive was 62% full whereas your new one was empty. The way the benchmark works is by writing a test file onto the drive being tested, as you may know spinning HD's are faster reading/writing data at the start of the drive compared the end of the drive (can be as much as half the speed on some drives).
Now on your old hard drive that test file could be anywhere that it found a gap big enough for the test file (normally a 1GB test file by default), & chances are the start of the drive already has data even more so as its 62% full. So your test file could be in the middle, at the end or anywhere on your disk which will affect the result Crystal gives. None of this effects SSD's as the speed is consistent across the whole storage due to not having to physically move a read/write head etc etc.
I'm not having a dig at you or your video but just pointing out something that is overlooked by a lot of people (I used to be one of them lol)

Was wondering if this is outdated and should I upgrade it. I’m using my pc for gaming and wondering if I take rtx 3060 and an i7 13700f 3.1ghz 30 mb would be much better and worth upgrading.

Those specs are fine. It will last you a few more years of good gaming. If you want to upgrade, then I recommend just upgrading your gpu to rtx 3060.
