It's sad how WekiMeki has been underrated since debut, the group has incredible talent and potential but most people don't notice it.
People who don't know how to appreciate the girls of weki meki they also miss the opportunity to value a woman's talent because it is the most beautiful thing i have ever seen in my life because they put their hearts and souls in each song.
I feel they were under the Pussycat Dolls curse. Really only featuring one or two main girls and the rest were kinda back up. Like Chocolat or Rainbow.
however, now they are all being shown and shining. I think they were underrated because a lot of people didn't want another big group that only featured part of the group.

They needed something to reel the public in but they were too ahead of their time and people hated their debut and just forgot about them.

Some people say they are underrated

InSomnia here and I really like WeMe. This MV is dazzling and the line distribution this time sounds fair to me. It just pains my heart when i see deserving groups not getting a win. And it is so difficult for groups that come from fairly small company. Stop sleeping on talent. These girls deserve the world. Anyway support these girls and keep on dazzling and screaming.

Edit: guys. I'm not saying that WeMe is the most successful post-IOI group, and that the other groups are way less popular. That's by far not what I was implying! (I know that WJSN is A LOT bigger for example)
I just wanted to state that I think they, by now, don't focus only on the IOI members anymore, but have grown to be a group were all members are equal, and even if they are not fully there yet, they are on the way to be!
(I'm sadly not that familiar with Pristin, but from what I've heard they were there too. and you cannot tell me that neither WJSN, nor GUGUDAN or DIA aren't fighting with (really) unfair line/screen time/attention distribution!)

Fantagio really made a great line up to support Do and Yoojung, the rest of the groups have a lot of unnecessary members that it was obvious the companies wanted to debut a lot of their trainees at once to get more profit from the IOI momentum.
Becci Kinomoto gugudan is mainly known for sejeong and Mina, there have been a lot of scandals where knetz called them sejeong and back up

But also living for the fact that this group is getting to the point where the IOI girls aren't the main ones being featured. also LOVE THE FACT THAT WeMe is one of the few post-IOI groups that don't seem to have been abandoned by their company. Them and WJSN. Gugudan and DIA seem to be barely hanging on, and everyone knows Pristin was disbanded despite being the most anticipated.

This song is so good, I don't understand why it's so underrated. Don't sleep on Weki Meki they keep on releasing bops since debut wake up and stan them.

Well it's seem like lot of people complain about the mv looks cheap and etc, well just fyi their mv concept is about funeral ceremony and i know they followed their concept really well. I believe fanmu and wekimeki know what they do, And you know if you don't like their song don't watch it and don't leave a bad comment about the girls. It's not hard to spread positivity here. They worked really hard to make this gem. I hope you know that

@ANBYNG according to the concept photos they upload on twitter they had 2 different concept, the first one is dazzling funeral, and the second is shimmering ceremony. so you can sum up what i mean 🙃 And i think that's why this mv had lot of things like flowers, candles, and etc that related to that, lol.

As a Korean and As a fan of ioi and wekimeki, I need to tell you that there is a reason why people are complaining about their looks. Everyone knows that wekimeki do the most powerful dancing among the kpop girl groups and everyone knows that they are one of the girlgroups who work really really hard. The point is that their entertaintment(company) doesn't work hard as much as their potential and ability. So, we feel so pity about the fact that the company doesn't fully support them. I have watched a lot of music videos so far but I haven't seen this kind of poor quality of music video. We are not criticizing Wekimeki, we are only criticizing the company who made this music video. Moreover, their quality of make-ups, dresses, hair styling doesn't improve and we also feel sad and sorry about this. Also, the camera which is used in this MV doesn't focus Wekimeki very well and we think this is because of the price of the camera. I think the company should spend more money since they are not really famous so far. All fans are actually cheering for them but we cannot embrace the effortless company.

Most fans (international fans especially) only pay attention to girl groups who do girl crush concept that's why everyone's doing it nowadays. We have Oh My Girl who does quirky cute and fairytale fantasy concept, WJSN with variety magical concept, Lovelyz with heavenly elegant concept, queen of innocent and girlish concept, Apink, Dreamcatcher who brings dark and horror concept and April who always ventures into different feminine concept. Whenever these groups have a comeback their mv views are always so little compared to other 'girl crush' groups. And their songs aren't being hyped enough by Kpop fans.
Weki Meki is a group that gets better with every comeback. Their music is incredible and they deserve more attention
