That's probably because a lot of current fans that are super into omg were the fans from way back then and OMG members themselves are very proud of their concept. Plus the girls are friends with a lot of idols and they're crybabies lol. A lot of miracles just become softies at some point.

I admit that Mimi owned this era with her amazing rap and charisma, but Arin is too sweet with her catchy and addictive parts, and her aura when she becomes the center, especially her interactions with the teddy bear, ah my heart can't accept all of this, she's too cute and must be protected at all costs. Actually all the members are bias wrecker material, Jiho's intro part, YooA's charisma and deep voice, low tone rap from our main vocalist Seunghee, and pre-chorus parts of Hyojung and Binnie, this comeback really surprised me because it showed a new image for OH MY GIRL, but on the other hand also retains their characteristics. I hope they get more international fans and dominate the world music charts because they really deserve it.

Maybe “popular” wasn’t exactly the best word when in comparison to bigger groups, but considering they’ve been in the industry for awhile and came from a lesser known company (WM had b1a4 before OMG debuted, but they’re not as well known or established compared to CUBE, DSP, or even RBW for instance), Oh My Girl were relatively well known. After Secret Garden, their popularity was a continuous upward trend, and Queendom just skyrocketed them to even bigger and greater heights! They’re not denying their struggles either. Oh My Girl definitely faced a lot of obstacles along the way, but the members and Miracles persevered and, here we are now🤗

Normally I am not really into these kind of concepts, but this totally got me! I think what got me, was initially Mimi, between the softer voices, there’s Mimi as a contrast, with her deep and raspy voice, and then the song isn’t overwhelming! I really like it!

Even more, they got their first win in 2018,and only since that their songs have charted, but with this one they are in top 5 in all music charts and are getting a lot of recognition.

Oh My Girl‘s peak times: 1. Closer -After their debut they released such a dreamy and beautiful song. Many people were talking about it on the shows as far as I remember. 2. Liar Liar -They almost got their first win. That’s the song that got me into Oh My Girl. It’s still my jam. Everyone was loving it. 3. Aing -It was a remake and many people were waiting for it. When they released it everyone was satisfied because they gave justice to the song but still interpreted it on their own way. Tho there was a little bit controversy with the rap part.. not with Mimi but with the male rapper. 4. Secret Garten -Their biggest hit until Nonstop came. They got their well deserved 1st wins and was the talk at the time. 5. The fifth Season -It has a similar beautiful sound as Secret Garten and one of their best songs ever! Got another wins! 6. Nonstop -They got 1st on the biggest chart Melon for the first time ever. They’re charting very well, almost an All-Kill and they’re gonna get many awards with that fresh Bop!

The luckiest girl group ever because when other 6 to 7 year old groups are in fear of disbanding here is oh my girl who just found their much needed popularity last year . Even though their contract might end in 2022 i dont think WM will let them go , they are only getting bigger and bigger now. I think 2021 will be even bigger year for OMG than 2020. Im glad to have been a miracle since day one .

Normally I am not really into these kind of concepts, but this totally got me! I think what got me, was initially Mimi, between the softer voices, there’s Mimi as a contrast, with her deep and raspy voice, and then the song isn’t overwhelming! I really like it!

We don’t have any pictures of her mom, and she’s not present in her graduation and their last outside-the-country family vacation (at least not in the pictures); but on their concert last 2018, she mentioned that her mom attended the concert saying she was thankful and got really emotional, the members said it was rare to see Arin cry and the fans started shouting ‘Thank you ma’am(for attending)’ She got emotional maybe because her mom is really busy, and her attendance means a lot to her. There’s no need to worry, she got the miracles and her 6 moms. Anyway, who would have thought that she would be the first member to get a main role in a web drama? Thanks to it, we got an even cuter Arin playing as Oh Nari. She came from having Suzy as her role model to people calling her the next Suzy and Irene. Her tag as ‘Ending Fairy’ reached even the non-fans. We all just couldn’t be more proud of our maknae!🥺
Binnie was a child actress and model. She came from a very athletic family, she showed us that she’s not only good at sports, and studying(Our Smart Binnie🐰) but also really good at performing. She has a deep and charming voice, which adds to the variety of the OMG members color of voices. Being a no-jam member (stated by herself), and no major position as a member (she’s a vocalist) she has to work harder to get noticed; but if you’ll focus on her during interviews or in their performances, she’s one of the most consistent. She knows how to have fun! please look at her when she’s doing weird dances😆 I hope we’ll be able to see her act more and maybe one day she’ll also get a main role👀 She’s a smartie amongst our lovely angels. She is consistently making us all proud on how she has improved in all aspects specially dancing. We’ll support you in everything you’ll do, yes even with your pilates! Stay fit and healthy.
Jiho is a member who rarely cries or shows that she’s having a hard time, to the point where members ask her to tell them whenever she’s feeling so, because she’ll rather keep it to herself than rely on others. Despite having an easy-going character (our endorphin!), she actually overthinks her actions and what’s going on around her. You’ll see it in their Nonstop MV reaction, fans points out her intense look during her parts. It’s really worrisome as we all know that she took a break because of anxiety, but it’s good to see that she’s laughing a lot these day, because of the success of their new release. She’s a comedian, with a lot of great ideas. She was praised for being an ‘idea bank’ in Queendom because it’s thanks to her concept ideas that OMG won 1st in two consecutive rounds for ‘Destiny’s traditional concept’ and ‘Twilight’s vampire concept’. Seunghee is Oh My Girl’s Main Vocal and Variety Queen, an all rounder with many unique talents, but not many know that she was rejected 8-9 times before by companies because of her looks. Mimi, our now rising charismatic rapper! Don’t be fooled by her charisma on stage because once she stepped out of the stage she become a really adorable bear. She may sound so cool when she’s rapping, but when she speaks she’s really just cute bear.🐻 Of course she’s a really talented member, who according to Yooa has a lot of talents especially with her hands, as she draw really well, make customized shoe designs, cooks well, create her own rap lyrics, and the detailed hand movements. It’s all thanks to her beautiful long fingers (which is ranked #1 together with Binnie as Arin’s favorite snack🤣). She’s undeniably charismatic, specially when she raps, just watch her performance with Seunghee on Sugarman where they covered two popular songs. You think she’s fire when she raps? how about when she dances? of course she’s just great as she’s a main dancer alongside Yooa. Her powerful and sharp moves together with her facial expressions totally proves why she deserves the Main Dancer position. She’s a great performer, in addition, a fashionista! Yooa, our Shasha! Our real life doll! with the perfect proportions! many knows about her really good dancing skills and sexy aura but in reality she’s just our refreshing orange! Our adorable Shasha is not really that talkative but when it’s time to celebrate and make some noise she’ll always join her members. Even more, they got their first win in 2018,and only since that their songs have charted, but with this one they are in top 5 in all music charts and are getting a lot of recognition.
