    Can you do a manna-focused workout please? I'd love to see how you would tackle that element in a series of exercises. Cheers!

      I certainly can bro! Give me a lil while tho cause I have exams and comp prep at the moment and they're a lil stressful, but afterwards, I will put on out! It's a very difficult but interesting skill

    How much rest between sets?

    • @Cpt.LukeyP
      @Cpt.LukeyP  4 месяца назад +1

      Often I would rest around 1 min between sets because I'd put these exercises together in a circuit of 3 or so and do them in separate circuit rather than individual exercises. If you do individual exercises, I'd say only rest around 30-45 secs between the sets.

      @@Cpt.LukeyP damn man I always thought 2 min or more was optimal for strength, seems like everybody does differently and it's hard to figure out what's best

      Hmmm, for weightlifting, I've been doing side around 12 or 13. Gymnastics and calisthenics I've been doing since 11 years old.

    Can your physique be achieved through pure calisthenics? Excluding weighted exercises like weighted dips/pullups

    • @Cpt.LukeyP
      @Cpt.LukeyP  4 месяца назад +1

      I'll tell you my training is focused around the idea of gymnastics and martial arts, to be able to control my body at will and become as strong as possible while developing technique. My training is anything that helps me do so, I use weights for supplementation and isolation and sometimes compound exercises, calisthenics for primarily compound exercises, technique improvements and controlling the body, and I use countless other styles of training to help me develop my training. So in short, no my physique cannot be achieved by just calisthenics but that's not to say calisthenics won't help you achieve a great physique, there are plenty of others with different but amazing physiques who solely train calisthenics, but don't limit yourself. You can do all training styles, even professional calisthenics athletes use weight supplementation for isolation exercises, etc. I hope that helped at all
