If you struggle doing dips wouldn't be doing negative dips be better since you're actually getting better range of motion

I hv back problems, and calistheny doesnt give me pain in most exercises. Im loving it, i was lost thinking i wouldnt be able to workout anymore.
The structuring is underrated. All the tough workouts at the beginning while you're fresh is smart. 💪🏾
Debatable, you need a good warmup, you also don’t want to push yourself too hard at the beginning or in one chunk of time as to help limit injuries
@@itsnola8095 This a workout program, any warmups are up to you. That's why he didn't include them. Do whatever you have to do to warmup to avoid injury. Plus these workouts are super beginner so avoiding injury easy with good form.

For many beginners they can't even do 1 dip, so then the supporting dip machine is a way better option.

yeah no, "completely replace" is a fever dream. Calisthenics, I'll admit look cool as hell, but please stop selling people on getting what the gym gives without going to the gym. I don't know why it gets such a bad rep, it's cheap and people are very welcoming. The point is: you want hypertrophy? Go to the gym, there's plenty of machines helping you to specialize for hypertrophy and strength there. Want hypertrophy without going to the gym? Calisthenics might do if you're fine with comparatively slow physique process, a significantly lower ceiling on your potential, and chopstick legs. There's a reason weights work so much better, *progressive overload* is the key
Yeah but if you do calisthenics you can save all the money you spend on the gym. I have nothing against gym I am doing calisthenics and gym I enjoy both but I'm just saying that some people don't have the money for it and calisthenics can improve their physical strength
It also depends on what you want , if muscle volume is your goal , the gym is for you. But if your goal is muscle strength and flexibility like an athlete , calisthenics is for you.
Solution : weighted calesthenics. Better than weight lifting no doubt at all

And do One leg Rdl's or back bridges instead of deadlifts. Also never neglect your calves and tibs and do calf raises and tib raises too. These with the exercises in the video is pretty much 95% of the exercises you will ever need to build a complete physique
If you lead with your chest, bring your chest to the bar, pull ups do work your chest. Very well
