    What’s the position of the shoulders? Should they be more neutral or internally rotated to be more safe on cross??

      it'd be safer to keep the shoulders a lil more retracted, this way you limit the pressure on your rotator cuff which isn't as strong as your lats. Although it'll take longer to build the strength, it is safer.

      Basic strength came a lot from calisthenics originally 11-12 and then some weight work around the age of 12-13. Then from there I just worked the basic strength exercises like dips, pull-ups, handstand. And then moved on to more advanced exercises after perfecting thise

      Be sure to keep a low intensity and treat it like a cool-down. Really good for your muscles to be able to flush out the waste products through isolated movement similar to your workiut

    Really enjoying your videos bro. I’m in a similar position to you in the sense that my life is a bit busy with different things, how do you manage your time to suit your workouts? If you train at least twice a day, how balance that?

      Hmmm, I would say for you to be able to balance things you first have to be able to prioritise things. What is the most important to you and on your life! For me it’s training, if I don’t train my days are shit, it becomes all I think about, etc. so I need to do that no matter what. Our side of that, I think what’s next, etc. But doing that only gets you so far, with things like studying and editing, I have to learn to love it in order for me to do it, so I find something like a goal or a meaning as to why I want to do that everyday even when I’m tired. For me it’s because I want to be able to gain knowledge, graduate, and editing I just love to create aesthetic, inspirational and funny videos for people to watch of my training. I hope that helped? Also I do quite a bit of multitasking but I’m not sure I’d recommend that to anyone as it isn’t the most productive way to do things 😅, I do also sacrifice quite a bit of study time and grades for my training and editing, but not to the point where I fail my tests, I have to walk a fine line.

      @@Cpt.LukeyP dude! I appreciate such an extensive reply, you said some really useful things in there and you’ve given me a lot to think about in how I can apply that to my own situation. Prioritising tasks seems to be something you mentioned is a big thing so I’ll look into that first I think and see how I can apply that to my life. In terms of editing your videos, saying you find ways to make yourself enjoy it is very interesting. I’m going to try and apply that to my own RUclips channel and content. I really appreciate everything you’ve said bro thank you

Still waiting patiently on the next workout video buying some dip bars and paralletes tho will be hype when they come. Could you recommend any somewhat beginner to intermediate skills/exercises I can use on them? Thanks :) edit: I know that i said yessir but i was only 4 mins in please forgive me, don't give into the stress of failure think of it as a new source of motivation. You can pass if you put yourself to it. We all believe in you.

      Ayyyy bro! Sorry I'm so late to replying. Been real busy. But I'll be back on the workout videos when I'm back home in a week. As for your dip bars, etc. I would say a good few exercises to work on would be obviously dips, try all different kinds of variations, Korean, neutral grip, single bar, etc. and make sure you perfect your form too! Also try some rows on to help target your back and work on your pulling strength for the bigger skills. Work on your handstands with the parallettes against the wall for sure and you can change the push up hand positioning by moving the parallettes around which helps your target different muscle groups without damaging your wrists so much!

    that shit funny as hell nice one, Also, I was just wondering, would it be possible for you to make a video or workout that fits slightly below intermediate level gymnastics/calisthenics, similar to the last workout you posted? I can't consistently kick up into a handstand or do more than 3 reps of handstand push ups, 1-3 reps is my max HSPU and my planche genuinely sucks, I also don't have dip bars but I do have a pullup bar and adjustable bench along with dumbbells and an ab wheel
