  • This is a short edit I put together around one of my sessions where I was developing my up and coming routine, which wasn’t going very well. But the good vibes of the gym and my dedication kept me going to ultimately have a productive and fun session 💪😁

    How did you build your basic strength? would appreciate it of you answered

      Basic strength came a lot from calisthenics originally 11-12 and then some weight work around the age of 12-13. Then from there I just worked the basic strength exercises like dips, pull-ups, handstand. And then moved on to more advanced exercises after perfecting thise

      Thanks for replying brother, I'm still mastering the basics in calisthenics and seeing you do handstands and all that crazy gymnastics stuff made me curious on what you did, thanks
