You mean Mister Martinet?
A lot of the comments here are talking mostly about Mario and Luigi, but I’d just like to take a second to appreciate how great his interpretation of Wario is. He makes Wario seem like he’d actually hang out with Mario and the gang on his own accord instead of… well, how he normally acts in spin-offs.
He doesn't hang out with the wario wear characters
Super Mario 64 DS. And usually he hangs out with them but he’s a troll and comic relief.
But we all want him and Waluigi to be playable one of these days.
M: You know what they say, Wario: Chilly today...
L: ...Hot tamale!
W: ...Why?
I kind of wish Waluigi was here too. I’d imagine he’d pretend like he’s having a good time when in reality he’s trying desperately to not strangle Mario and Luigi.

Mario: "I don't know. Why?"
Luigi: "Yeah, why?"

Nintendo refuses to give Mario personality and yet Charlie develops him while just walking down the streets of other countries.
Bowser’s Fury is a starting point lol
What're you talking about? Nintendo has always given him a personality.
@@chrange9714 nah. It's part of their logic to not give the protagonist any personality, and is considered one of the most under-developed characters in the series (rightfully so, but it sucks). They want to make him flexible as he is the one the players control the most, you know?
@@Ace-385 He's not this in depth character like something out of LotR yes, but he doesn't have to be nor was he ever meant to be like that. You're making it sound like he's this stone with zero personality.
His "let's go" energetic nature and kindness make him the lovable character that he is. They do make him flexible because he's mainly the one players control, but he still has plenty of personality. Martinet's little videos here just add to it all the more.
@@Ace-385 And yet they gave Fox a personality.

I love that he does this. I'd love to play a Mario game where the dialog is written by Mr. Martinet's little bits like this. And include Wario. He's a good counter to Mario and Luigi, even just in the small things. I loved it when Mario's trying to explain the joke to him and he's just, "I... I just don't get that." and "Why did the Leaf Cutter Ant fall from the tree?" "Oh, come on. Cut it out, already..." Love how Luigi points out almost all the animals as a cow. This alone could be taken two ways - one, he loves cows. Or two, he's never actually seen a cow but really wants to see one.
Also Wario passing gas unnecessarily aggressively as a way of being defiant is just... so Wario.
