Is there a program that would allow me to upload a specific voice file? For example, using a voice file of Lindesy from RWBY to voice Nami from One Piece.

There are services like voice.ai that can be trained on someone's voice. I haven't done it myself, but it's possible.

I think DupDub free version doesn't have the voice cloning feature. You can try using an alternate app, such as voice.ai
