    Almost a month later and they still haven't sent my prescription for my dog after charging a fee to send it to a local vet.

    It looks like the company has a speed issue and lacks a reliable way to verify when the prescription is arriving (according to complaints on the BBB). Other than that, the idea seems cool. P.S. I think people just go to the better business bureau to complain though.

    Im trying to order a dog dewormer, i have the membership. But, i cant find them to order them

    This company sucks, look at their BBB reviews. I been waiting over a week for my cats medicine.

      @@itsgumpy2068 I received two bottles 4 weeks later. I had already taken my cat to the vet. So I ended up paying for a worthless zoom visit and an office visit with a local vet.

    I tried this company because I have an indoor cat and I wanted to avoid huge vet bills.

      @@andrewburrowmusicofficial it was pretty great. I didn't have to take the cat to the office with new scents and people and everything that was needed was shipped to my house.
