If you're going to buy a house with a pool around The Villages Florida, you'd probably do better buying just outside the main part of The Villages. Not only are prices generally lower on the outskirts of The Villages area than in The Villages itself, you also get lower HOA fees, if you get such fees at all.
After living in the Villages for a few years there is a big difference between living in the Villages or outside the Villages. I know I wouldn’t move here if I wasn’t in the Villages. Also, No HOA fees in the Villages.
