Now, I'm really a very inexperienced camper so I'm happy to learn what I can from others like you guys. From what I read it seemed the advice was to not poo in them. Looks like that might not be true.
Yes, we use ours all the time on our travels, 1s and 2s. We purchase chemicals made for porta potties which you can get easily from Bunnings, Anaconda, BCF etc. there is no odour, we’ve never had a problem. Very easy to empty in a public dump point. Maybe google a little more info, or there may be a RUclips vid about this. We’d be lost without our porta potty - having one enable access to so many more camping locations.
