4:15 you can do an ultra dash there, dash, click the jump a little bit, jump with the same speed without dashing at the second jump and you can use a later dash to go in a straight line

How do you dash upwards at around 6:15?
you always gain a bit of height when you dash in midair, it's just more noticeable when you chain dashes together

This game looks more ps1 than n64 game, anyway I like the style.
How can I play with controller?
I use a PS4 controller and I just plug it in, no extra setup
