Tae's problem is he doesn't get easy shots when he has the tools to, most of his shots are midrange contested and when he gets a easy one its a downhill layup using all his speed
I also feel like he too fast he uses All his energy every play he abuses it

I ain't even watch the game yet and I can bet Tae made it hard for himself and blew the game...A to B, then cut or bump your defender off... otherwise if u got space, let em fly...keep it simple
This goes to show Tae's incredible stamina. If Tae could pick his poison better with that stamina he would be unstoppable in 1v1s. We know he can shoot, dribble and defend. Just needs to decide on making easy or tough shots better.
he doesn't have the best feel for the game, predetermines his moves/combo before he puts the ball on the floor. moves are supposed to be countermoves of however the defender reacts not a routine, great players can make that decision in a split second. i feel like he cleaned up some of that in this game, last game against walt was way worse. it's just hard to win a 21 point game with just 1's, walt actually has a jumpshot.

Tae really reminds me a lot of scar when he came on the scene - complicated moves, wild shots to get clips. Boy can hoop tho, just gotta go back to basics

Rob bodies. Walt could barely defend Tae’s moves and was stumbling. Robs shot is 1000x more consistent then Tae’s and I think he’s about the same as Tae in term of being shiffty

Im gonna be real, Tae should just study Qel, both explosive athletic but Qel knows how to conserve energy and use basic movements to get his shots off, athleticism with simple movements is Lethal. For example Tae didnt do not 1, 1 dribble pullup off the triple threat, hard dribble right into the shot no stepback no spin just right into the shot. New nickname gonna be "Taesmanian Devil" just be spinning for no reason. Your gassing Tae because on Offense your trying to go all Athletic all explosion and you actually play defense so your stamina is depleting quick. Tae has amazing potential but has to Simplify to become Lethal like hes capable of being. Watch Qel and youll see he knows when to be explosive and when to be simple and sharp.

Tae needs to simplify his bag then he’ll be more consistent
as far as the intentional foul goes Tae gotta be ready. He was catching his breath but walt was ready to go so in that situation when the offensive player is ready for the ball they gotta get the ball. If you're not in position thats on you. He seemed like he was still in position to play D too but I think he was tired. Lot of skill in that game tho fun to watch Walt is a certified tough shot hitter and Tae got iso on his name for a reason boy get downhill with a vengeance he just gotta get more consistent with knocking down the opportunities he makes for himself. Solid game.

tae has the tools to be super nice he just has to simplify his game up ,feels like he wastin alot of energy for every bucket just for it to still be a difficult shot,and he has to work on his 3 ball, keep the ball close and find the right shooting pocket and keep a strong base and from there its just about reps n muscle memory
