I also love the way Shania honors her Native Heritage with the Native flute incorporated into the music.
I vaguely recall when I was a kid the country community being up in arms about her style. A good half of the country community was trying to say she wasnt country and it felt like that whole thing went on forever, people fighting over what genre she was. She’s spectacular!! Love Shania
Absolutely beautiful. Her voice and the amazing connection she has with her horse. Horses are very intelligent but also quite reactive and emotional. And with an educated and also intuitive handler they can become the partner of your dreams. Nothing beats the love of a horse. It’s for life.

So this was after her issues with her voice! And by the way, she wrote this about Mutt Lange, before he had an affair with her (former) best friend. In a karmic twist, Frederic Thiebaud was married to Shania’s best friend. They were both betrayed by their spouses, and they found each other!
