Hi I got allergic to medicines and food colours, after my second child delivery, which was twenty years ago , now severely suffering from Meniere's for the past three years.. Is there any cure to this.. Please help

It is actually the first time to experience such disturbances in my ear that I was confuse and don’t know what to do.
