Nailed it. I was thinking the same. Incorporate upper body pull to your squats, lunges and pushup and you are well covered. Just a personal preference, maybe because I've always had skinny lower legs, but I'll also work in something like hill runs or rope skipping for additional ankle flexion. Helps overall agility, quickness if nothing else. Good stuff

I am 68 and do these exercises and some more plus Bullworker every day - about 35-40 press-ups is my limit these days. I did try a programme to increase this but decided it was not really worth it at my age as no matter how much you exercise at this age you can’t get back the body you had when you were 30 or 40. Yes, you might get bigger muscles but they are still contained in an ever aging and sagging bag of skin.😂 I stick to a medium level of daily exercise in order to remain as strong and fit as possible as this should help protect me as I get even older.

I do all on a regular basis with the exception of lunges (which I will add), in addition to pull ups.

I'm a lifelong active 66 year old. "Anti-aging" doesn't count after knee injuries from skiing, gymnastics, horseback riding and playing hockey. Squats and lunges were been great BEFORE I did all those things. Now they just cause my knees to be 89 years old. The planks and bridges are wonderful, though.

Lunges and squats are same movement pattern for legs. Just uni & bi laterals. Overlap here.
Plank is redundant because push-ups already train abs better.
Glute Bridges kind of redundant as squats/lunges already train them well. Better use some hip hinge pattern instead.
Upper body pulling pattern is missing. Some inverted rows should be used if pull ups aren't possible.

all these exercises cause tension not only in the muscles, but also in the nervous system. Especially the plank. I suspect that few people know about relaxation exercises

Five months ago I had a massive heart attack after squatting. Now my heart is permanently damaged. I’m desperate to get back into the gym but I’m somewhat scared to be honest.

What about contraction of the back and rear shoulders? Horizontal rows? We need to keep the whole back area in action, not just the lumbar spine.

should these exercises if done at a stretch should be done in the same order as they appear in the video? like we start from squat, then plank, lunges, push ups and gluten bridge...please advise...i am 58 and have been walking and doing breathing exercises...but i need to do some resistance type of exercises like this...thanks a lot in advance

Solid list but forward lunges can take a toll on knees & either way the 6th most anti aging activity could be watching some people perform all or most of the 5.
