With Input Echo (Sonar X3 Pro) on a guitar track whilst recording, I could not detect the two separate sounds. This means that the latency must be extremely low. Also, using a MIDI drumkit, via the UMD's 5 pin MIDI input, the drum hits are exactly the same time. Imrul RipOff as long as your mic cables are all wired up properly (balanced with the correct pin connections) and well-made, and you're using decent XLR cables everywhere - and all of your microphones are modern - there is no problem at all using universal phantom power while having both condensor and phantom mics simultaneously connected.

Thank you for the review. I need to know if it's suitable for 2 Korg Volcas synced into the DAW?! If you have any answers about the Volca connectivity to it?!
Thanks, informative video! would've been nice to cover the most common issue/questions with sound interfaces: Latency + windows, how is latency on this card? through midi or/and when you track/play multiple tracks simultaneously? re Windows, did you try on Windows or know anyone who used it on Windows? how reliable is it? thanks again
Yeah, it's very good on windows just downloaded the setup driver and install it. I but it like I should give a trial but just one recording then I fell in love with it. It's works perfectly well on all windows. Honestly, after using it, I can't go back to focusrite again because is better
Do you know if it works with USB power only? ('cause I saw a Focusrite one that only requires USB, even having the phanton power function) Or is that needed to always use the AC/DC adapter?
hi, I have a q802usb. I have some distortion problem in the mixer. I heard that it's a common problem of behringer mixers. so, should I upgrade? also, what about the heating?
Vivaswan I did a quick Google search and I couldn't find anything about he heating up issues you're having BUT in my humble opinion if you're getting distortion OR anything other than a clean input signal, I would definitely consider a change. Your interface is arguably the most important piece of equipment in your setup and currently their are some really great options out there that are also affordable.
Coach, getting back to you. The UMC404 is working great with my HP Elite laptop with USB3. I had to download a driver for window 7 from the berhinger site.
I got another product today, a "Behringer MicroHD HD400" described as an Ultra-Compact 2-channel Hum Destroyer. I didn't have a 60 cycle hum, but I had a rapid background pulsing sound around maybe 500hz when my laptop was plugged in with the UMC404 attached to my amplifier which went out to my reference speakers. If I unplugged the computer and ran from battery power the sound went away. Now with the Hum Destroyer between the UMC404 and my power amp the noise has gone away. I wasn't sure it would work as I didn't have a 60 cycle hum, but it is working. The sound of silence... :)
This is amazing. I didn't have a low frequency hum but I can definitely see the usefulness of a Hum Destroyer. I think my next purchase will be some good headphone. I want to be able to work at the park or the lake or Starbucks... Maybe even on my lunch break
Hopefully you respond to this but i just bought this same interface and love it so far. I am using Audacity to make homemade music but ever since i used the interface with my mic it only records my voice on the bottom channel, so when i play it back it only it only goes in my right speaker. cant figure it out!
Hey! Great review. Can you connect a cellphone to this device? I know on a mixer you can do a mix minus. I'm trying to figure out how to hear calls on this interface and which cords to buy to make it happen. Thanks!
Kimberly Collins My apologies for the late reply. I think with a common 3.5mm audio cable and a 1/4in adapter on one end you should be able to record a direct signal with no prob
Bro i have a Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD Audiophile 4x4, 24-Bit/192 kHz USB Audio/MIDI Interface with MIDAS Mic Preamplifiers Some body ppl say this is not good interface but somebody say is best. I am total confusing about different opinions. Pls tell me this interface is good or not?
I just got mine and using the left right playback on a pair of presonus monitors. However the main out knob doesnt seem to do anything when i turn it up and down, but the volume on the monitors work. How can i get the main out knob to work?
Yeah I bought the xenyx1202 and I’m having trouble connecting it to my interface U-Phoria UMC404HD... what cables should I used to connect all and have everything running
If you don't know your MIDAS you need to know more about them, search MIDAS HERITAGE 4000 & MIDAS SIENA 480 I still have the joy to work with both of this monsters of sound 💪🤟
I don't know very much about interfaces. I'm about to get into recording. So, I'd like to know if you could run a standard instrument cable from the 1/4" Recording Out of my guitar amplifier or keyboard into this interface to record. Also, could I plug a guitar straight in with the same standard instrument cable to use amp simulators.?
The answer to both of your questions are YES. Your guitar will need a pick up OR you can just run the cable Guitar>Amp>Interface. The 1/4" cable is the standard cable for most interfaces.
TheCoachMusic Thank you for the fast and helpful reply. Some things in music and recording get passed off as "common knowledge" and no one ever really clarifies on such simple things. I appreciate the info. I will DEFINITELY be picking up one of these interfaces soon.
The answer to that question is HELL YES!!!! Best of luck my friend. It's time to cook up some hits. Sounds to me like you got yourself a good woman. She deserves a 🏆!!!...lol
Hey, i tried to record 3 dynamic mics together and I noticed that setting the gain level of input 1 & 2 at half the way was ok. But for the third mic (on input 3) I needed to set the gain level on the maximum possible to have the same result of the half way of input 1 and 2. Tried it also on input 4 and it's the same thing as input 3... is it normal? Sorry for my English!

I just got mine and so happy to see this review. BUTT, I have spent over an hour looking for the drivers. Anyone know where I can find the drivers without using some questionable online who knows who they are downloading site that promises they are the real thing?
Thanks coach for a very informative video. I was hesitant to buy this product cause it's so cheap, i figured it must be trash cause of the price compare to everything else that's out there..but your review convinced me. Thanks again. Keep it up.
Great to see you actually respond to peoples comments. Now studio mixers are coming out with built in audio interfaces, its hard to choose! A&H Zedi10fx for eg
Thanks for the review. Can you discuss latency and how low this card is able to run before crackling while recording/playing back audio? I didn't see any mention of that in your review. Thanks again !
My friend, do you even know what the mono/stereo button does? It "activates mono monitoring of audio signals connected to INPUTS 1 - 4 when engaged" (from the manual). This doesn´t allow for cheking the mix in mono.. It's made for a different purpose, e.g. when directly monitoring an instrument/microphone with headphones and you want to mono monitor. I have the very same button on my interface and was confused as well. The fact that you point it out that you´re using the button every day to CHECK YOUR MIXES doesn´t speak in favor of your mixes or your listening skills.. I hope I´m mistaken, please correct me. I would love that the button would do what you think it does, and on some other interfaces there´s a button for this, but this one is a different story.
He actually said that he uses it every day when he's mixing, and so he's happy that it has that feature built in... Obviously a mistake on what the button does, but it was before trying it out. It's easy to make that mistake. I'm sure he figured it out later. Even if not everyone can tell the difference between a mono and a stereo mix straight away, everyone would notice the button not doing anything. Give him the benefit of the doubt.
can you do multitrack recordings with it? Say, record a guitar, a bass and a vocal at the same time, each in a diferent track on the DAW. I use Audition!
Felipe Locca if your guitar is plugged into the first combo input on the interface then set your track in Adobe Audition to input one. repeat the process for inputs two and three and four... Then make a hit !👍👍
Just one headphone socket, but you could use a headphone splitter. You could also plug the monitor outputs at the back into an amp with a headphone output.
4 seperate channel ouput in the DAW... right...!! ie no overdubbing. If I plug a mic, keyboard, guitar it provides individual outputs to separate tracks. Yes??
Praveen PL correct. All you have to do is assign the 4 inputs in your DAW to the proper 4 inputs on the interface. So if you wanted to record 1 guitar, 1 bass, 1 vocal and 1 mono piano all at the same time ....you could.
Simply put, the 204 has less inputs, less outputs, less inserts and does not have to ac adapter option. If you need more detailed specs you can check it out here -----> . goo.gl/zzHwE2
Unless you're planning on using a tablet or mobile device as the center for your recording, I would choose the UMC404. You get waaay more features and its much cheaper. Thats my opinion. I hope it helps. Make sure to DYOA. God Bless and make some hits.
DYOA = DO Your Own Analysis . I haven't had the pleasure of using the iRig so I'm not able to compare Sound quality I can only compare them on specs. The UMC404 has more inputs , more outputs and Midas preamps. Thats my pick
PsyChan Sharma I haven't tried it yet BUT the phantom power is global so it should work just fine. Personally I've used 2 confessor mics simultaneously . Hope that helps👍🏻👍🏾👍🏽
With this, can you: 1. Send individual outs to outputs 1-4 and not have them also output to the main out L/R? I would want to use it live and send output from a few different VST instruments from my DAW to allow for more flexibility for the sound tech. 2. Use it without the power brick? Is USB power enough?
Espialist To answer your questions 1. No. I have not been able to send specific channels to specific outputs. It seems to just be another master. 2. I lost my power brick 2 days after opening the box. And have been using it via USB power. Hope this helps
I bought this from Amazon and I have been using it to run my click tracks on Sunday morning at church. I used it for about 3 months and last Sunday it just died on me without any warning. I changed the power adapter but it didn't help. So you get what you pay for cheap interface. So disappointed. Just my opinion.
John Kasonga thanks for the post. It's good for us, as a community to sharing both the good and the bad so we know what we're getting into. Maybe even help these companies improve their products
Didn't Behringer buy Midas? I could have sworn I read that or heard that somewhere. The fact that these are pretty much plug and play, is the most often talked about feature, that experienced users point out.
TheCoachMusic TY. I have spent many days racking equipment. LOL. I have also spent days racking my brain, trying to figure out an easier way to rack. 🕺
Bajakuk that depends on many things including, which version iPad you have, the interface compatibility, and a few other things. I do know that you need a special adapter. Check out this article by AKAI www.akaipro.com/kb/article/1502
I’m using one with an iPad Pro 9.7, with a camera connection kit adapter. The iPad USB connection can’t power it directly (limited to 100mA), so I had to connect a powered USB hub in between. It worked that way. One thing, though - my recording levels were a bit low, so I had to normalise the tracks after recording (in Auria Pro). I saw something somewhere which suggested that the problem might be fixed by connecting and powering up the components in a specific order. I need to experiment a bit further.
@@TheCoachMusicOfficial I agree and I am amazed it is still going considering so many new products are out there. What I like about these is that it doesn't use USB-C and they are built like tanks unlike the M2 or the air 192/4 I owned.
Jonan gtr This seems to be a popular question. I think I will do a video comparing the two. The UMC404 has more features because it was released later but the 2i2 is lighter and more portable. It depends on what you need/want in your setup. I'll be giving you a S/O when making this video👍👍👍
The 2i2 is lacking. The 2i4 would be the one to think about. The comparable interface to the 2i4 would be the umc204 which is the same thing at a much lower price. The umc404 is better than both while still half the price of the 2i4.
So, after watching this video.. I headed straight to amazon and made a purchase. A couple of weeks later, I receive my package (yes am from the other side of planet earth). I hook it up to my DAW and on hitting record, everything freezes.. I hook it up my secondary DAW and bam! Freeze mother-father. Am now seated with my "buit like a tank" Soundcard and I have no idea whats cookin.. Coach, i bet you got a couple of tricks or something.. Anyone with anything that would resolve this issue is welcomed to help.. (Already taking it easy)
SKREEPT I'm sorry to hear about the mother-father freeze ups. Shortly after I posted this video a few peeps in the community let me know that there ARE some software drivers that need to be downloaded and installed IF your running a Windows setup. I would try that first. Lmk how it goes. We can figure it out together👍
I've been looking on forums and haven't really found anything useful. Someone mentioned something in one of the threads about the older versions having issues on 64 bit systems but that was an old thread from product from 2015. M-Audio interfaces are garbage. When you get comfortable with the one you bought about a year are so they will come out with a new one and make it hard for you to upgrade the one you have. I think they do that on purpose so you can buy a new one.
The first 5 minutes spent reading off the ports? We can't read? "Plug in the power, plug in the USB" Really? Who needs to hear this? "I'm sure if I did more research..." What was the point of this video?

('cause I saw a Focusrite one that only requires USB, even having the phanton power function)
Or is that needed to always use the AC/DC adapter?
Ivan Frizollo I currently have mine hooked up via USB only and that's how I use it.
TheCoachMusic , thank you! I am about to purchase one to be used with my keyboard VSTi on stage. Less cables is ver important. Appreciate your answer.
Quick question: Can I run click tracks off the unit?
Main track out of the XLR outs and metronome/guides off the other outputs?
Absolutely. You would just have to make sure you set that up properly in your DAW.
hi, I have a q802usb.
TheCoachMusic thanks a lot for the reply. ill take your advice.
hey, i didnt understand 1 thing.. u can use 4 outputs individually??? i mean, you can output 4 different microphones at the same time ?
José Rubens Gomes I Also want to know...
Yes ' and you can record 4 separate track at the same time on your software
Coach, getting back to you. The UMC404 is working great with my HP Elite laptop with USB3. I had to download a driver for window 7 from the berhinger site.
Frank Pratte That is wonderful to hear. Only thing left to do is make some hits.👍👍👍
But do you NEED to use the power cable AND the usb? My 202 only needs the usb cable.
I use ONLY the USB cable because I lost the ac adapter almost immediately after making this video....oops😯
@@TheCoachMusicOfficial nice hahaha thats what i wanted to read. So it's NOT NECESSARY to use both at the same time, right?
Bro i have a Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD Audiophile 4x4, 24-Bit/192 kHz USB Audio/MIDI Interface with MIDAS Mic Preamplifiers
Some body ppl say this is not good interface but somebody say is best. I am total confusing about different opinions.
Pls tell me this interface is good or not?
PC Technology I've been using it for a year now and I love it. One of the best value interfaces I've ever purchased .. just my opinion
TheCoachMusic thanx lots bro...
If you have extra ableton live
Software pls send me..
TheCoachMusic if you have extra ableton live pls send me
Ringo Starr said it first: Wrack My Brain, from his 1981 album "Stop and Smell the Roses"
I didn't know that. I'm going to look up the song. Thanks👍🏽
I just got mine and using the left right playback on a pair of presonus monitors. However the main out knob doesnt seem to do anything when i turn it up and down, but the volume on the monitors work. How can i get the main out knob to work?
matthew mc manus unfortunately the main knob will not control the playback outputs, o my the main outs
ok no problem, thanks bud
Yeah I bought the xenyx1202 and I’m having trouble connecting it to my interface U-Phoria UMC404HD... what cables should I used to connect all and have everything running
If you don't know your MIDAS you need to know more about them, search MIDAS HERITAGE 4000 & MIDAS SIENA 480 I still have the joy to work with both of this monsters of sound 💪🤟
looks like I'm going to have to do some research
Its my pleasure. This is exactly why I have this channel... To help people.
Hi I have a question my wife just purchased BEHRINGER UMC404 for me can i use pro tools 10 hd on it?????
The answer to that question is HELL YES!!!! Best of luck my friend. It's time to cook up some hits. Sounds to me like you got yourself a good woman. She deserves a 🏆!!!...lol
Hey, i tried to record 3 dynamic mics together and I noticed that setting the gain level of input 1 & 2 at half the way was ok. But for the third mic (on input 3) I needed to set the gain level on the maximum possible to have the same result of the half way of input 1 and 2. Tried it also on input 4 and it's the same thing as input 3... is it normal?
Sorry for my English!
Sounds like it may just be the PAD button. Is this still happening?
Great suggestion.
I’m thinking about getting one of these, does it come with the power supply? Thanks
pepperoni junior yes it does come with a power supply
Can you use this as an in ear monitor amplifier? I mean with a long cable of course connecting to your earphones/headphones? Thanks
I just use the headphone jack in the front but I guess you could use the extra out in the back as well.
I misunderstood what you were asking but I get it now. I don't think you can use it as a monitor amp
How is it that you can get such a dry vocal from such a verby room? It’s the complete opposite for me! It’s so frustrating
It probably helps that the room is covered in carpet and I use a pop filter and one of these www.googleadservices.com/pagead/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwjZ1LCR4-fYAhUctsAKHUp5Am4YABADGgJpbQ&ohost=www.google.com&cid=CAESQeD2Cx4HapiAjWIOG2gLZsOZD70Q9uzC9CqQLU4ljks6iBO__IOl-kF94FNjLz3POV5Jd0UKW22kFLBbnVzZHI4y&sig=AOD64_1cNLjbUyZyAWYLfcDSqtHX7kVMBA&ctype=5&q=&ved=0ahUKEwiCsqmR4-fYAhUBZKwKHbiHCwYQ9aACCD0&adurl=
Question if someone can answer. Why in adobe audition when i plug in microphone or guitar i see only one side played... Left. I must plugin l/r two cables?
I am looking to get one of these but i could use some help,. I want to work with it live, i understand i can send 4 difrent signals to the P.A., am i right?
does it work with neewer nw800?
The newer nw 800 is a condenser mic. It should work fine.
Please help why doesnt the RCA output work
No one is demonstrating the Purpose of the RCA
That’s a great question because I never used it. It’s USB powered and I lost the charger within the first month of owning it
Great question this is good for connecting a vintage amplifier
Hey, amazing video
Thank you for the kind words. What other types of videos would you like to see?
my speakers do not play any sound at all. they all keep playing sound through my laptop. What do you think I should do? its frustrating
Paulo Justiniano I would try switching the audio outputs In Your DAW first
I just got mine and so happy to see this review. BUTT, I have spent over an hour looking for the drivers. Anyone know where I can find the drivers without using some questionable online who knows who they are downloading site that promises they are the real thing?
Are he xlr jacks hybrids allowing a 1/4" jack to be used?
Absolutely!!!!🏆🏆🏆
if i use logic pro x then BEHRINGER UMC404 will work good ?
chirag gaur ABSOLUTELY!!!👍👍👍
Thanks coach for a very informative video. I was hesitant to buy this product cause it's so cheap, i figured it must be trash cause of the price compare to everything else that's out there..but your review convinced me. Thanks again. Keep it up.
Great to see you actually respond to peoples comments. Now studio mixers are coming out with built in audio interfaces, its hard to choose! A&H Zedi10fx for eg
Palindrome AU I've haven't seen them but I will be looko ng them up. Thanks for the new tech
Awesome review mate! thanks for the setup part as well. :)
Thanks for the review. Can you discuss latency and how low this card is able to run before crackling while recording/playing back audio? I didn't see any mention of that in your review.
Thanks again !
i was very annoyed to find you can only monitor the 3 and 4 inputs. you can not got through 3 and 4 to record anything
Agreed
I just bought one, hooked it up to reaper and get a blue screen..not impressed.
Presonus 6|8 or Behringer UMC404 ??
which is good ??
How r u sir, love ur review.. I have a question.. Can I listen to 2 pair of monitors at the same time with this interface??
Yes but not 2 set independently
What is the lowest buffer setting this capable of ?
so tell me how to set 2 set of monitors.. I can't do anything with the a/b button
can this interface power bia usb? without the power brick?
emiliano echeverria that is exactly how I use it. USB power only
So say I wanted to run lapel mics from this want do I need
I want to connect my rode nt1 a to it do i need that 48 v phantom thing?
Or is it integrated?
Luca Lehmann if your mic requires Phantom Power (+48V) then YES you will have to flick the switch in the back. The power is integrated.
TheCoachMusic hey thanks for your quick answer!
So its integrated?
Luca Lehmann yes it's integrated
Give him the benefit of the doubt.
oh hey, yes, never thought of it this way. I thought he was saying "I use this actual button every day.".
can you do multitrack recordings with it? Say, record a guitar, a bass and a vocal at the same time, each in a diferent track on the DAW. I use Audition!
the answer to your question is HECK YEA!!! Because it has 4 inputs you can do that with up to 4 different instruments at the same time.
TheCoachMusic each to a differemt track? good!
Felipe Locca if your guitar is plugged into the first combo input on the interface then set your track in Adobe Audition to input one. repeat the process for inputs two and three and four... Then make a hit !👍👍
Hi.. does umc404 support Sierra macOS Thanks
I just went on the website and it says it supports Mac OS X and higher. I am currently using it with 10.13.1 High Sierra
TheCoachMusic Thank you coach! I just bought it..
TheCoachMusic Greetings from Indonesia :)
Can you plug more than 1 pair of headphones?
Just one headphone socket, but you could use a headphone splitter. You could also plug the monitor outputs at the back into an amp with a headphone output.
Does anyone know, it this AI good enough for Shure SM7B?
Can it provide 4 separate channels for multi-track recording?
Praveen PL Yes. 4 separate channel inputs for multichannel recording
So if you wanted to record 1 guitar, 1 bass, 1 vocal and 1 mono piano all at the same time ....you could.
hell yeah !!!
How do you record multiple tracks at the same time?
Enable all your 4 channels in your DAW (if Logic) and assign your channel to corresponding channel on the sound card. 1-4
Btw you don't need to use that PSU. The USB will power it.
so why is it included?
Yeah I picked one of these up before they went up by $80
Does this work with Protools 9 MP????????
what's the major difference between UMC 204 and 404?
Simply put, the 204 has less inputs, less outputs, less inserts and does not have to ac adapter option. If you need more detailed specs you can check it out here -----> . goo.gl/zzHwE2
Behringer UMC404 or Irig Pro duo? thanks
Unless you're planning on using a tablet or mobile device as the center for your recording, I would choose the UMC404. You get waaay more features and its much cheaper. Thats my opinion. I hope it helps. Make sure to DYOA. God Bless and make some hits.
TheCoachMusic What is DYOA? I will use it for my macbook? Wheater Behringer is better? ? How about the sound quality? Irig or UMC404?
DYOA = DO Your Own Analysis . I haven't had the pleasure of using the iRig so I'm not able to compare Sound quality I can only compare them on specs. The UMC404 has more inputs , more outputs and Midas preamps. Thats my pick
Oke thank You Bro, Jesus Bless you
TheCoachMusic bro, what different when i use umc404hd without acdc adapter???
can we use 4 condenser mics at a time?
PsyChan Sharma I haven't tried it yet BUT the phantom power is global so it should work just fine. Personally I've used 2 confessor mics simultaneously . Hope that helps👍🏻👍🏾👍🏽
TheCoachMusic thanx for the information.
Great video man, I'm new getting into learning abiut music production equipment, can I ask why you have two sets of monitors?
Gurmeet singh Every set of monitors on this planet sound slightly different. The goal is to get it to sound good in most.
Could you do a windows set up/ test
With this, can you:
TheCoachMusic yes thanks!
Should have been under warranty! Get a new one for free.
you need to download driver for windows though....... not mac
w2aiq thank you for that. I will post that in the notes below for everyone to see.
Just got mine in the mail today.
👍🏽
I spent all day rackin' servers. It works.👍 New to the channel, I think I have found my new spot. Later.
Didn't Behringer buy Midas? I could have sworn I read that or heard that somewhere. The fact that these are pretty much plug and play, is the most often talked about feature, that experienced users point out.
Love the play on words...lol👏👏👏
TheCoachMusic TY. I have spent many days racking equipment. LOL. I have also spent days racking my brain, trying to figure out an easier way to rack. 🕺
Hey, can it be used with iPad?
Bajakuk that depends on many things including, which version iPad you have, the interface compatibility, and a few other things. I do know that you need a special adapter. Check out this article by AKAI www.akaipro.com/kb/article/1502
You may want to check out the iRig PRO DUO it's a mini audio interface designed for iPads. I hope this helps
2020 this is 178 USD.
Thats crazy considering how many years its been out. It's really held its value.
@@TheCoachMusicOfficial I agree and I am amazed it is still going considering so many new products are out there. What I like about these is that it doesn't use USB-C and they are built like tanks unlike the M2 or the air 192/4 I owned.
Coach, you need a better microphone than on-camera.
Agreed. Since making this video I 've invested into lapel mic that I use as much as possible
Rock on!
AwesomeShot Studios thank you for the heads up
work on Mojave ?
Yes it does
404HD, purchasing today via Amazon.
Focusrite 2i2 or behringer UMC404??
Jonan gtr This seems to be a popular question. I think I will do a video comparing the two. The UMC404 has more features because it was released later but the 2i2 is lighter and more portable. It depends on what you need/want in your setup. I'll be giving you a S/O when making this video👍👍👍
Made this video just for you. Thank you for commenting ;0)
ruclips.net/video/tefFjUx8UqY/видео.html
The 404HD or the 202HD the Mic Pre's are MIDAS a Pro Company that bought Beringer. You can't beat the quality or sound unless you thousands more.
The 2i2 is lacking. The 2i4 would be the one to think about. The comparable interface to the 2i4 would be the umc204 which is the same thing at a much lower price.
The umc404 is better than both while still half the price of the 2i4.
Great job! Nice spirit!
Peter Day thank you sir☺
TheCoachMusic I am running on windows and had already installed the drivers and tried a couple of times without any luck.
What DAW are you using?
TheCoachM I use Fl studio for beats and Audition or Protools to record but even Fl can't record.
I've been looking on forums and haven't really found anything useful. Someone mentioned something in one of the threads about the older versions having issues on 64 bit systems but that was an old thread from product from 2015.
I found this on one of the forums so I'll paste it below. I don't know what part of the world you're in BUT I found this. I'm sure you can also contact them through their website.
Please feel free to contact our CARE team if you're having trouble installing the drivers on your PC. Drivers should not be necessary on Mac systems. You can contact CARE at CARE@music-group.com and by phone at +1-702-800-8290 (US) or +44 1562 732290 (UK). Thank you!

Dude! The con makes you petty, and I don't mean tom.
M-Audio interfaces are garbage. When you get comfortable with the one you bought about a year are so they will come out with a new one and make it hard for you to upgrade the one you have. I think they do that on purpose so you can buy a new one.
i just bought one and after 5 minutes it crashed my win7 laptop in reaper
plug in the plower
🤣😂😂🤣 you're the only person who noticed that... Lmfbo 🏆🏆🏆
The first 5 minutes spent reading off the ports?
We can't read?
"Plug in the power, plug in the USB"
Really? Who needs to hear this?
"I'm sure if I did more research..."
What was the point of this video?
You didn't know Midas? That's like not knowing Midas :P
