Try Bridies Sandwich Bar at Fox-And-Geese in Dublin. Best Breakfast roll I've had.

Best breakfast roll in Dublin IMO is from *McLoughlin's butcher in the Mill Centre, Clondalkin (Last shop on the left before Dunnes Stores). The shop is split down the middle, butchers on the left, deli ladies on the right. Large rolls baked on premises. No black pudding but they use white pudding as a spead on the bottom, delish.👌
