I had a friend that had the same problems and they ended up getting a breast reduction and they said it has been a game changer for their back neck pain being forever relieved. It might be a good option as well as adjustments for the car accidents. I have had back pain for over 20 years and I don’t wish it on anyone so hopefully you will get some major relief soon!
