Adam Smasher in lore: Is one of if not the biggest threat in Night city, ruthlessly murdering people and having a rivalry with and potentially even beating Morgan Blackhand, one of the best fighters in the lore of Night City Adam in Game: Gets killed by a random crazy person with a literal dollar store plastic gun
I didn't now I gotta be max lvl to optimally beat dont fear the reaper so I initiated that mission at lvl 37. I died so many times but it's fair to say Smasher was the easiest part, by far. Didn't die a single time it was a breeze. He should be buffed heavily and should get exteremly hard for the reaper part.

On my first playthrough I had basically a mish mash of a build not knowing how it worked, but I bought all the expensive stuff before the end part. Smasher got it the room and one single hack took half his health...I was like: "is that it ?"
You know, you can upgrade the slaught-o-matic, right? In crafting. I've never seen the max because it gets so expensive since its always a low level version and upgrading 40 to 50 times is brutally expensive.

Gotta love leveling systems in an fps
Even if many disagree, this IS an RPG. No matter what, if you got the stats, you can beat any boss.

It's an ACTION RPG. Heavy on the action, lighter on the RP. The lack of balance and challenge is a problem even if many love power fantasies.

yo thats disrespectful (btw im glad that i dont know how to achive that lvl on dps on even a toy gun, it would ruin my game expirience)
Finding out how is what fun about it
Having that knowledge but not using it is great too wouldnt you say

Adam Smasher in Edgerunners: Basically unkillable.
Adam Smasher in the game: 1:30
Peak gameplay as usual
i love how halfway thru he looks like one of those ricochets hit him in the ass and made him fall over XD
Imagine if he was as strong as he is in anime
What's your build?
grell beah kro! Splush plobes bluthblercrucktors yup.
What am I reading
My netrunner on very hard fought Adam smasher with a knife (not specced into it at all) and one hit took half his health. He's actually pathetic
thats why the game devs said NO to new game plus, because the game just cant be balance
Ikr, I only wanted ng+ just to have enemies to use my OP characters on but in terms of challenge and balance? Nah that's not gonna be okay
@@averyterribleperson5292 yup, because of balancing issue, i can beat police a lot of times until they cant spawn anymore 🤣🤣, good for leveling

I would say the legendary short circuit has done most of the job
I just used around one hundred grenades. I never stopped throwing until he was no more
"Oh, well." buckethead.
lol
im still waiting for this build, I will get it one day
