Komatsu PC 490-11 Heavy Duty digging shale

Here is a Komatsu PC 490-11 Heavy Duty excavator from D.T.S. loading trucks and straightening edges during a basement dig. The ground is mostly shale, so the 50 tonne excavator is using special rock teeth to deal with the material.
