    Jim I love your videos! I’ve heard you mention in a few of your videos that you were able to end chronic hip pain. That’s what I’m suffering with. Is there a video or blog where you describe that part of your journey more? Thanks!

    Hi Jim. This is so true. I have always been very emotional and as an adult I suffer chronic pain and it's much worse when I am stressed or upset. Meditation and being aware of my thoughts help. Have you written a book yet? Thanks for your work.
