200k is a bit steep for the same functionality of the cheaper one. I wish there was some form of customisation for houses to make it more appealing
Facts. I bought it just to see it and instantly regretted it. It's so empty and you can't decorate it. :(
Even Oblivion let you kit out your house. I really don't think the devs thought people wanted to role play that much which is a shame. It's so close to being an immersive rpg but they fumble the finer details.
When I first walked into Melve I thought there would be a quest to rebuild the town lol.
Idk why they didn't made as in Monster Hunter
Same cam be said about life
200k for small balcony with atrocious view, dining room, one chest and bedroom?
Dude, you got scammed.
It must be a flat in Toronto xD
The expensive houses should have built in port crystals with an item for each that lets you fast travel there as well as a place to cook food for buffs. A permanent, infinite fast travel spot for Vernworth and Battahl and kitchens for food buffs would be more worth the price.
They need to hire you immediately!!
Cool fact, in the palace and the beast area you know the desert area of the game there’s a house that’s 300 K💀
WHY IN THE F**K can you not cook in the houses. U think they would at least add that to the 200k house😑
FOR REAL
Capcom thought a table and a bed would be enough for the Arisen😒
It is not the most expensive house. The most expensive house you can buy in Bakbattahl for 300,000 gold after saving the empress
Glad you did a showcase so I don't have to buy it myself out of curiosity. 🤣
The small house is better anyways since you can dump, sleep and get out of there quicker.
Aren't we the true sovereign???? Where my castle
Facts
At some point of the game, I was expecting to sit on the throne but never happened
@@BIMS777 same here, no ruling, no army at my dispossal, no queen
apart from sleeping you should be able to sit on the chairs etc otherwise it just feels like a set. to add to that you should have a sit emote like in monster hunter world and enshrouded. It makes it more immersive.
What was the item on the table in the bedroom though? Anything useful?
I just bought this last night trying to figure out if it was really worth having 2 houses there. I can't see any benefit to having the 200k house over the 20k house
Same I feel like I got scammed
On a roleplaying level maybe its worth the money. Like if in real life a shack cost you 20k and a nice stone house in a better part of town was 200k you'd do it. But its also a game, and if you are going to drop 200k or 300k in Bakwhatever it should come with some perk even if small like after you rest there for the next day your max health is increased by 100 or whatever that low level ring does. Its not like you can even sit down and enjoy the scenery in the RP style run through. Edit to add, im talking normal playthrough. With a level cap of 999 I kind of assume at some point in the game money is pointless and 200k is basically like buying a sandwich For me at level 30 something with 80k in my pocket, no way.
When does he start showing up? Because he's not standing outside in my game at all yet.
Dawg i wouldn't even pay 200k for that irl 😭😭😭💀
What happens if you unalive him instead of buying.. is the house then just vacant? Or if you end em.. revive him.. does he love you enough to give you the house?
but what about the 300k house in the other area?
I literally just ran into this guy had I known I probably would’ve save my money lol 😂
there is one in the flamebearer palace for 300k gold
Theres a quest tied to this. Seems no one is aware of it yet. Unfortunately i dont have a means to posy about it
Everyones talking about the 300k house in bakbattahl but all i could find is the 30k one so where is it? I want to work my way down with houses.
Im on new game + and still havent seen the 300k
There's the 300k House in the Beastren Nation
its is not the most expensive there is one for 300K in Bakbattal (Not the one from the granny, You can find the person trying to sell in the temple its after the quest to protect the beastran princess) other then the views to a very beautiful valley its not worth it small then the one here.
Would be nice if our pawns roam around the house and interact with stuff but nope…. Ill stick with my 20k house and live near the people that i protect😎
There's a more expensive dwelling in Bakbattahl. 300,000 gold.
If you become this Sovran, why can’t we own the castle?
I'll stick with my hovel in cassardis
No achievement tied to it at least?
bro there is 300k house in bakbathal
200K for a single bedroom and dining room?🙄 I find the common one much cozier tbh and I hate the fact that you can’t sit anywhere in any of the homes, can’t do anything really apart from sleep while the screen fades to black. Really ambitious Capcom.
I hate that you can't interact with anything it's just another house with a bed and a chest, 200k to have the same shit as the other small house it's a scam
Ah a shame! This, and particularly the Bakbatahl house, which is so expensive! They’re both really nice, but the price is not worth it. I would’ve paid this price if they had more things to do inside them, and extra three beds for my pawns, something. Not worth the price. The Bakbatahl house is my favourite with the view of the ocean but DEFINITELY not worth the price!
I want my 200k gold back!
there's a more expensive one in the desert city. 300,000
Just brought it no portal crystal there so I just sold stuff I horded and got it so I can farm that area and sleep there
you sure its 300k? unless theres two mine was worth 30k in the desert
@@dotschannel4130 There are two, one at 30k and one at 300k
@@asherowen90 oohhh havent seen that one yet
I wonder how many player homes are in the game
I have found 3
@@benhorner3518 There is a 4th one in baathal for 300,000 gold
3 so far
There are 4, two here at 20k and 200k and two in the desert city at 30k and 300k
@@asherowen90 and yet they all look like shit and has very little function.
20k if you do quest
Which quest? You're not talking about the other house in the common district right?
totally is@@jex8885
JAJAJAJAJAJAJJA OOOOHHH HELL NO!
Most pointless thing in DD2 besides brothel
