You can still use the lens on the Vivo. I found a phone case with 17mm lens thread embedded into it and the Reeflex lens has a 17mm thread, so it's easily compatible. 170mm effective focal length might not be as long as the iPhone's 240mm, but you can only go so far with lensless digital hybrid zooming.
Problem with these external lenses is you need to mount the phone on tripod to use. Even then, the slightest vibration from ground or tripod results in massive image shakes. Example mounting external zoom lens to the 5X optical zoom of Xiaomi 14U. Unlike DSLR lenses with inbuild image stabilization & in camera sensor stabilization, a huge optical zoom is possible with hand held..
While researching about this mobile lens, I found out that it supports Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's 10x zoom camera. Reeflex even claims that this lens can produce 460mm of effective focal length when attached to the aforementioned camera. Now that is something I definitely want to try out!
The problem with all of these lenses including the native 5x on my iPhone 15 Pro Max is that the subject needs to be fairly close to you while the background is fairly far away, what happens then with subjects like people is thst you only have one angle.. Portraits of them up close... You can see that 4:02 there is no depth separation in both. After a while you get bored of clicking portrait angles of people and eventually start hating it and needing an iPhone 14 Pro Max's 3x zoom but with a better depth separation
According to the marketing on the page for these, they achieve the "10x" by magnifying the already present Telephoto focal length (5x), meaning if you attach it to the main lens, it won't get you the 10x. They also mention that on a S23 Ultra, this attachment would put you at 460mm equivalent (20x optical zoom), now that's something I wanna see. lol
I really like the 10x examples. It’s awesome to see the glass work well. It’s nice glass and it’s really not that expensive. I have all the lenses now and I am very happy not lugging around a huge set up. I travel all around the world and all of my peers have iPhones and G lenses and we love it.
Nice! Damn! Moment has big competition! Only wish these lenses could be used on a variety of phones. I can only see iPhone on their kickstarter. *sigh*

Selling at least 2 items from 1 purchase. Marketing genius! And it's a good thing the phone cases are beautiful, reliable and durable, and the lens does what it's meant to do. A win for the manufacturers and customers.

Also these two lenses can use any camera case/cage/rig and not the dedicated case from Reflex. The only thing I like of the 10x is the size and magnetic attachments. Thanks for sharing.
