I never checked the temperature on my Koda 16 to see the temperature. Mine is the gas version so it’s easier to get to temp and maintain it. I have heard people having issues with the pellet and keeping it hot since you have to keep feeding it. I was just reading this reddit post. I only leave it on high during heat up and in between the next pizza. I find leaving it on medium works best for me. Gives me time to cook it the way I like it.

I noticed you don't put the blames very high on that Ooni oven. And the pies come out excellent 👌 I guess you don't need to 😮
