Looks awesome, but I will be doing some modifications to make it LOW carb. Mainly sub pork rind crumbs for the panko breadcrumbs (1/2 cup of panko is 39 carbs and 7 grams of sugar where as pork rind breadcrumbs has 0 of both). I will also work on some subs in the bang bang sauce, hoping I can make it taste the same or very close as I would love a good sauce for this and other uses. Today I made the bang bang sauce and Asian coleslaw. Served it with the Spicy Grilled Chicken sandwich. My four year old loved it. Thanks Kev for the wonderful recipe ❤️

🤦🏾♂️ nah it def has seasoning and flavor. also, shrimp is extremely high in sodium so I tend not to add a lot of salt because of that. but I encourage you to interpret this recipe for yourself and your diet in whatever way works best for you

I would add some lime, or chili lime seasoning to both the burger and bang bang sauce. That instead of the sriracha sauce, it a bit too spicy for me.
