  • After 2 weeks of owing the GE all in one washer dryer unit, ew go over a few things about the machine. It's still way early but my first impression on the machine is....it's great. Time will tell in the future if it holds up. Thanks for watching!
    Please watch this video as well as we talk about the GE 16" pedestal and why you should not use it.

    Thanks for the info about the pedestal. I am currently at 6 months with mine now June 24’, I really like my machine. I’ve watched several videos including yours and I’ve taken advice & suggestions that will hopefully help me preserve the life of my combo. I did modify the lint filter and I bought a flexible crevice tool to help keep the heap up area fee of lint, I also angle my crevice tool down into the opening where the lint comes from enhance the cleanliness of that area. I also check the filter after every use because different materials cause a different amount of buildup, white clothes for some reason have the filter full after 1 cycle.( like a cotton build up) I’m at 168 cycles thus far.

      Thanks for watching and commenting! Love the machine so far. We have been vigilant about cleaning it as well. Hoping it will last a long time.

      Does it really take 4 hours and 45 minutes to wash and dry a load?

    • @habirallah1043
      @habirallah1043 3 месяца назад

      No it doesn’t depending on the load capacity it can go for 2 and half hrs, it scans the load capacity and makes the time adjustment

      @@zeroturn7091 not even close. Average is 2:15…and that’s using the “Extra Dry” cycle at the end.

    The pedestal is not suggested by GE but, this is the machine we are getting in a few months. We are getting our bathroom remodeled and this new laundry system is awesome. I've been researching for months. Game changer for sure... yay!

      Yes correct, they don’t recommend it but I figured I would try it. After a few loads, I was like no thanks. If you have any questions please let me know. So far so good with the machine. Gotta be close to 200 loads by now…thanks for watching and leaving a comment! Have a great day

    Yeah, the moment I saw such a thing existed, I had to get one. Went with the LG version because it was about $400 cheaper. No complaints, except it has similar lint issues. Can't wait to see where this technology ends up in a few years.

      So far so good for us! I guess time will tell. We got a great price at 2k so figured why not. It’s been a game changer for us that’s for sure. Good luck with yours and thanks for stopping by and commenting!

    Very detailed review! Great job, thanks. I was thinking about adding a stacked unit to my upstairs. This might be perfect, I’ll look into it.

    Great review! I have one. Have you tried the modification a fellow RUclipsr has?! I have and it's made a big difference in lint getting through. Also, the cabinet you've made for underneath, has it greatly reduced vibrations and noise when in it's aggressive spin cycle?

      So far so good with the lint. Yes. The cabinet I made has been great, no violent shaking on high speed. If it didn’t cost so much to ship them I would make a few more to sell. Thanks for watching and commenting! Have a great day.

      Yes. We are over 160 loads in and so far so good. I guess the bottom line is…how long will the machine last. We all know that machines aren’t built to last the way they used to be. I’m happy if we can get 10 years but we shall see. The convenience of this type of machine is just awesome. People don’t realize it until til they try it. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment!! Have a great day.

      There is way less chance of fires with this. Have you seen how much lint collects in a dryer vent 😂 Please, research for yourself.
