My grams used the muffin mix for years and liked them.
10/4/21: Thanks for the candid review. I love the idea of the hush puppies and I got a pack today. Have you ever tried to make them with milk and, if so, was the taste and texture just as good?
Love them both. Use them all the time.
I will be now picking up some of the hush puppy mix. I love hush puppies dipped in tarter sauce.

The muffin mix needs a little oil in the batter. I made the strawberry muffins and they taste more like pancake muffins. I'll tweak the recipe next time add some oil and more fruit. The muffins are fluffy but too crumbly and a little bland. But for the price its a good buy.

I wish I could like Martha White muffins but they have a strange taste to me. I’m sure that’s just me and they are great muffins for everyone else. Maybe I might have better luck with the hush puppies. Thanks for your review.
Hush puppies can be soooo good when made right…. But can also be awful if made wrong… lol they are something I only get from a restaurant
They are so easy to make at home - especially with a mix.
Sounds delicious
Just ate some Martha White Hush puppies and they were very bland! Could not taste any onion flavor at all. I had some Hush Puppies from a mix we bought in Charleston, SC an few weeks ago and they were 200 percent better than the Martha White Hush Puppies. Maybe if you added a some fresh chopped onion to the Martha White Hush puppies they would be Ok.
