I like your old school approach to farming. You're not afraid to use a shovel. As my ancestor bragged in an 1851 letter back to Switzerland, "Here in America they do most of the work with horses." You could have used a mule to move that auger around but NO --- you did it Swiss Style.
Just subscribed. A viewer recommended you. I'm in Huron county Ohio. Norwalk area. I mention roasting beans on other farm channels and they act like I'm crazy. We also have a mobile roasting operation that runs farm to farm for the dairy farmers mostly.
Jacob it's almost time the corn festival is almost here. Hope I get to see you there. Looking forward to the tractor drive and being at the corn festival for 2 days.
I was scrolling through my older messages in Gmail and i found this one commit I posted it about about three years ago and it said "I'm sweating because my mom put the temperature up to 91" and you responded with "that sounds tropically delightful." I started too laugh when I found it
We have have a 8 inch, 61 foot electric auger that would work just right for you, it’s got a 10 hp electric motor on it. I think dad wants 300 bucks for it.
for a 'cheapass brand' bin extension, you maybe coulda took the plastic outta a couple totes and cut the top and bottom out to make sorta a couple 4' high chimneys would make it stack in the wagon higher and would keep it all in one place
I have so many jokes. I'll keep em to myself though. Yes talking to wrong crowd
Thanks for the TW update Jacob
The TW is going to be so nice working out in the field. You are going to love it.
I did. Until it broke
Quite a good days work, solo. I am so glad you are farming and I am retired. Tough life, but very rewarding.
Your ability to make do is impressive. The TW 25 look great. Can't wait to see her in the field.
Can't wait to see it in action on tillage!
Improvise, adapt, overcome. Outstanding!

Great video, nice to see the TW again

That's awesome. Thank you for subscribing.
If you create assembly line with the gravity wagon for storage over one of the grinder's, and move the auger outside until you set a smaller one.
Length is better. That's what she said.

Good job. That's a big barn you have there.
I noticed that editing. It's deceiving.i think the camera as ten pounds.
With the long auger, it would not have mattered if the beans had been hot.
They had cooled down during the trip
It was more about the storage space. If had unloaded a long time ago, they wouldn't have fit in that box.
@@boehmfarm4276 Ok
Nice seeing big blue in the video. Keep up your cracking work on the interesting vids. Stay safe sir 🏴
I been wondering about that TW
Those totes are handy!
What happened to 2+2?
I was scrolling through my older messages in Gmail and i found this one commit I posted it about about three years ago and it said "I'm sweating because my mom put the temperature up to 91" and you responded with "that sounds tropically delightful." I started too laugh when I found it
Great video, you should do another grinding video
A hard working man
Thank you
What is the status of the 2+2? We have not heard anything about it in quite awhile.
I sound like a broken record, but I hate SCHMUTZ!
How far is the bean mill from you? Deerfield is big around here.
The roaster is mobile. But we meet him 18 miles away at the closest feed mill this year.
@@boehmfarm4276 not bad

Did you ever get back to the 2+2
That old wagon acrossed from the new Holland mixers would work good for another load of soybeans that thing looks ripe for a project
What brand of soybeans do you plant ?
Claremont. It's a public variety
@@boehmfarm4276 ok 👍 I'm just researching what's the best seeds everyone is planting because I wanna try different variety
