As someone who is diagnosed autistic, I know saying “I’m slightly autistic” is offensive and undermines autism, and I know people are disgusted at him saying it, but… I just can’t be mad at him. If someone “normal” was saying it, I’d be hurt. However Kanye clearly doesn’t have all of his marbles rn and I just can’t be offended by someone who most likely has no clue what he’s even saying. What you said about shoving microphones in his face and doing interviews whilst he’s in this state is SO true. Even though it IS entertaining, I’d be horrified if I came out of a manic state and realised people took advantage of me like that, and now all of what I said was out there forever. I can’t help but feel sorry for him, but all I ever see online is nasty things directed towards him, and idk I just don’t feel like it’s fair because it’s not really him. Idk I don’t know much about bipolar but this situation makes me sad.
