@@Captain_Willlow Book is "worth" getting after the buff, +15 magic atk +2% magic str is just better than elidinis ward most of the time since 1% rarely ever gives you another max, and it's guaranteed to get instead of grinding wildy bosses for malediction or raids for elidinis. The wand is just for the magic defence here in pvp I guess, completely useless item for normal irons.
Pro tip for any ironmen working on Mourning's End Part 2: if you complete Temple of the Eye and run Guardians of the Rift until you get a catalytic talisman you can use that to enter the Death Alter and completely bypass Thorgel's item list 👍
Honestly I spent 12 housr doing gotr on my iron just for the tali and never got it, then i went and tried the item list and it took me 30 minutes. The item list is way overblown.

So you'll need to do GOTR anyway Obviously spamming GOTR purely for the talisman is a waste but you're doing it for RC xp and the talisman is a free side bonus

I remember doing Mourning's End part 2 just to unlock every step for Hard clues, then they released Zeah's main quest line right after and plopped it right in there, so I did that too and then stopped doing hard clues because the time investment wasn't as good as just doing slayer.

With the shortcut unlocked is it better to avoid "total level worlds" because players on those worlds are more likely to have the agility level? Or is the less foot traffic on total level worlds worth the increased difficulty of escaping a pker?

70 is nothing haha. Try running thousands of laps of each course to get into the 90s and then see if you still think Agility is alright
