    Garlic is a superfood, flavors EVERYTHING and boosts immunities. Like oregano, it is one of those “always grow” crops on my suburban homestead

    My grandpa was a firm believer in garlic and lived to be a healthy 99 even through all the grief family gave him over it
    To address your ending comment. I’ve been able to get off prescription meds and use organic methods for the most part

      I'm a firm believer in it. For years, when I feel like I'm getting sick, I'll eat a raw clove of garlic. Always helps. I'm rarely sick sick. Sure I'll get sinus issues but rarely get a cold, never the flu

      People think I'm just blowin smoke when I tell them to make and take this stuff but I swear by it. For years I used to just eat a solid clove of garlic at the onset of sickness, now I take a dropper full under the tongue 3 times a day till symptoms stop. I have yet to need to be on it for more than 2 days

    Do you have to burp this at all or leave the top on the whole time? I've seen with the honey garlic ferment you do have to burp, but have not been able to find an answer with making alcohol tinctures? Thanks!

    • @PalmettoPrepared
      @PalmettoPrepared  Год назад +1

      Nope. No burping required. Burping is a byproduct of fermentation. Tinctures are just using alcohol to draw out the compounds in the herb you're using
