TRI-STATE EXCURSIONS WITH NICKLE PLATE ROAD

Hello, I would like to welcome you to another video from Dropped Signal, for today's video I've been given a chance to capture one of the first revenue excursions for the nickel plate 765 along its new home on the Indiana northeastern railroad. I chased the event on both days through the August 27th and the 28th excursion runs. I wasn’t alone however as I took part in a five day trip with two of my friends, ‪@atrain0105‬ and ‪@Viloco_Valve_Productions‬ . Throughout the trip we chased the Indiana Railroad and filmed at the Deshler Railroad Park in Deshler, OH, we then chased 765. Both the Indiana Railroad and Deshler videos will come out in separate videos in the future.
Throughout the weekend we chased 765 through many historical cities throughout the Indiana Northeastern’s System. I would end up meeting some of my great friends along the way over at ‪@ToledoRails‬ and ‪@TheNoogaRailfan‬ , both of who were out for the historical tri-state event.
I also would like to give a big thank you to the‪@fortwaynerailroad‬ and to the Indiana Northeastern Railroad for both contributing together to create this amazing event. It definitely does seem that the Nickel Plate 765 has a new home on the rails of the Indiana Northeastern Railroad. I also would like to shout out to the Little River Railroad for running 30 minute excursions during the time 765 was stationed in Hillsdale, Michigan. Three steam engines in one town was something I never thought I’d see in this day and age.
