So for someone, like myself, where I track my zl1 alot... if I just plan on doing full exhaust and cai, should I do a smaller pulley (2.3 upper) and/or should I do porting as well. Not trying to do a max effort thing. Just a solid 100hp gain.

You are correct. Porting the supercharger will increase the boost by it self. Porting it and leaving the stock size pulley is nice bc it’s still under spinning the blower(less heat). While making a good bit more HP

@@RaceProvenMotorsports so if I were to port (reg or x-port??) and go to a 2.3 upper pulley, should I plan on upgrade the cooling as well? **I don't plan on ever doing heads/cam/alky/meth. And by track I mean road course not drag strip.

Port the blower, keep stock pulley and do all the cooling mods and you’d be set

@@AZIROC if you do lower pulley and 2.3 upper like i plan on doing, get bigger heat exchangers, coolant expansion tank, meth injection, and ice tank

@@RoFazo97 from my understanding, if I do upper and lower, id need to either do a cam to up the fuel or add meth. Since this is a track car, I'm no really looking to go meth and I'd prefer to not open up the engine.
