Gotta say this is fabulous stuff....great vocals...best I have heard since the days of the Liverpool Five in the mid sixties. Both the PTs and the LP 5 deserve wider appreciation...You Tube has helped a lot in this respect.

Dick Taylor and Phil May were innovators of that British feel for Blues and R & B which introduced kids in 1964 to a new way of interpreting black music in order to create a genre of its own. Brian Jones, too. But the Rolling Stones won the big race. It's a shame Keith and Mick, both innovators as well, became so jealous of Brian Jones, the Real Pretty Boy and most innovative British new waver of the 1960's.
Great number by the wild band, but put down shortly, they could have played easily three times.longer, but this cute cut is still very nice and intensive performance from this cool band, the Pretty Things ..!

One of my most treasured possessions is the Pretty Things first LP (vinyl) which I got in 1965.
The lead guitarist played bass for The Stones before he started The Pretty Things.
These guys are one of my all time favorite blues/rock bands.
