It would not be a $75 billion shortfall because they are expected to convert the junior preferred (up to $33B) so it would be more like $45B. Also, this is assuming that the new FHFA director does not revise (lower) the outrageously high capital requirement. So not such a steep hill to climb as is presented here.
One of these days Mr. Walker will learn Tesla is not a clean energy company, still waiting though. It was also sad to see him misrepresent Chris Wright on climate change, where yes, he has stated he doesn't believe it's a crisis, but no, he has not disputed the science on global temperatures going up.
