Ava's mother is Mandy Perryment in the other white hat and white dress. Their son Alistair was not in this clip until the very end when you see Penny collecting him from the buggy and taking him aboard.
I glanced at 1st then did a double-look 10secs in thinking how small Rod is next to Penny but when I rewound realized he's sitting down! I know she's tall but not THAT tall, lol
