Zwift Racing League | 2024 | Round 3 | Scratch Race | Country to Coastal | My legs hurt.....big time

Zwift Racing League enrolled MAMIL doing Round 3. A scratch race on the Country to Coastal route. Placement points to all, and bonus points to top 5.
We had four riders for the race, and two of us managed to stay with the front group until the Shisha Sprint climb where it all exploded. I had a tough time up that climb. Maybe I ate to late, or not the right things. Let me know how your prepare for races in the comments.
Our team placed overall 6 in this race, and in the division on ZRL we are currently placed 5th.
