I love this channel! I subscribed to Josh's MSN program about 18 weeks ago. I'm 65 and I knew I needed professional help { Some would say in more ways than one!} I continue to use the program and I don't see that changing for me. I'm diligent and have seen slow and steady improvement in my strength and mobility. I'm a big guy 6'3 230lbs so I'm crazy careful about not getting injured. To date, this program has really helped me in that respect as well. Knock on wood! Cheers
Coach just recommended that I start doing these to help learn to brace since I often have lower back pain even on lighter lifts. Glad I have your videos to use as a reference.

Brilliant! These makes pure sense to me. I’ve been doing a type of pushup for the last few year that kinda start in a similar posture/position. Ass up above knees, lowering my upper body until my forehead touch’s the ground and back up again. Being careful to keep everything in alignment, with my elbows bending directly below my shoulders, as opposed to out to the sides. Anyways, enough rant! Love what yu do! 59 too! I crawled before I walked, As I got older the wrestling coach had us crawl in practice. Started to drink alcohol until I crawled again. Yes, I crawled into A.A -. I don't drink but will crawl for weight loss lol that's my story.
I just started doing these a couple days ago my body knows what's best to get strong . Try the silverback gorilla walks more focused on the arm walk also up hill and bear and lizard and tiger
Make a crawl video where you don't bend any of the joint except elbow and ankles....this type of movement will make one a super stalker in forest and grassland...
