The guy who called for the timeout and spoke up should automatically be the group's leader. Even idol groups known for intense choreography (Itzy, BTS, GFRIEND, ATEEZ, etc) weren't choreography powerhouses on the first day of training.

I mean I know all survival shows have evil editing so for a time I hated Heeseung (he’s now my second favorite in Enhypen and a few eps later I was voting him religiously), but how does that make it any different from the Chinese evil editing in boys and girls planet? Genuine question.
@@SweetforS For me, I-LAND till now was the worst survival show because how some off the things were done there. But in this one... this is next level.
@ how though? Like go into detail cause for me it was the best. It was a small amount of boys, I got to see each boy and form connections to more than half of the boys, nearly all of them have debuted since then, and they didn’t get eliminated right away just sent to ground so they’d have less benefits and risk of elimination so they’d work twice as hard to get back into Iland. What exactly was so bad? I thought it was quite fair aside from a few evil editing moments which is unfortunately almost unavoidable
funny story actually, Starlight Boys is the revived version of a Chinese survival show named Youth With You/Idol Producer. Now, not only did ywy fuck up so spectacularly the 3rd season ended without a final episode and quietly debuted a group once the heat had died down (minus tony, who had consistently ranked first but had a rather nonsensical scandal and left), survival shows were banned in China until 2024. My understanding is they aren't fully permitted yet, and so the decision was made to rebrand as an international survival show. the reason ywy 3 was cancelled? as I recall, it was a food waste scandal involving milk drink lids being used as voting tokens, and people buying the drink and pouring it away in bulk just to collect the lids for their idols. This got survival shows banned in China. The other funny thing about youth with you was it was ALWAYS a blatant rip-off of Produce, because at the time tencent had the rights to the produce franchise. iQiyi made their own version that was very adjacent. Now Produce is done, the new thing is Girls'/Boys' Planet. And so the rebrand is Starlight Boys. It's honestly laughable.

idols practice for MONTHS to prepare for their concert, and they have personal trainer to help them built their stamina and endurance these trainees barely have any experience in the industry, this is insane
also during concerts idols aren't singing and dancing the entire time (how ever many hours the concert is), there are moments where their can rest while changing outfits or they play a VCR, or moments to talk and interact with fans
I don't think you watch the whole episode.. dancing to the same songs for many times...I guess the kpop idols or other professional dancers couldn't dance that much of rounds non stop without having a proper rest time..
The Syo situation screams racism. “I expect you to dance better and honestly thought you’d be good at it” without knowing him at all leads me to believe he saw his skin tone being darker and assumed a stereotype that black people are good dancers. Disgusting.
Totally agree with you on this..seem like he's been cancelled even b4 he started from the judges comment. Hope his determination and great attitude gets him through
I feel like it wouldn’t be as bad if they didn’t go right behind that and let someone who practically walked around the stage get a star which I’m not mad at him for not having talent but If Syo got zero stars they both should have gotten zero stars if the other guy got a star Syo should’ve gotten a star
@@SUNSHINELIX-hl8dsit’s like you’re favoring a group, over the other.. other example is when someone shares food with a group but the other group is standing there with they’re hand open also but you don’t give none to that group… (if im correct. 😅)
Yall the incident with Syo is racism not xenophobia. This was clearly about his skin color not his country of origin as they put through his countrymen who was evenly matched. Words matter.
its both and its possible for it to be both. just racism means that syo is not a foreigner, and as a non-korean and being half american, but he is a black-asian foreigner so its both
If somebody told me that I'm gonna be mentor but I have to say or do disgusting shit like this to the trainees I'm out the door. No amount of money or exposure would persuade me do do something so inhumane... Also a ballad singer who does not even dance while performing his songs having the audacity to say something about building endurance for concerts? Absolutely pathetic. I do not wish harm upon him but I wish he tried what the trainees had to go through in that challenge
The worst thing is that with the amount of difficulties and obstacles he had in his career and with his company, one would assume that he would have enough empathy to be a good mentor to trainees
I agree. It seems that nowadays he is more into entertainment than being a good role model for these trainees. If he thinks that fans love seeing their idols on the brink of death while performing he is sick.
Fun fact about that comment for the concert. It doesn't make sense because even if there are 30 songs in a concert which there aren't it's 20 to max 25. There are breaks, introductions and VCR's inbetween. Usually a concert is like this: intro VCR, starting positions, Perform recent or main concert hit song, perform maybe 1 or 2 songs more. Introduction who they are, in position, 3 more songs, VCR/break 6 songs VCR and continue this rotation. The breaks are usually atleast 5 to 10 minutes with the slower more balled songs used as interaction with the crowd rather than dancing. Also that dude got a law named to him to protect idols. I feel they're projecting their own trauma towards the trainees which isn't fair. Especially find it perculiar hui who recieved the amount of abuse he has hasn't spoken out about this. Also idk if this is filmed in china or korea or whatever, but if it is in korea there has to be some labour law they're breaking or human rights violation they're doing here. They're asking for a lawsuit here.
The judges as a whole are laughable. They have double standards and contradict themselves. They claim idol material is someone with dedication, but then the one who actually showed dedication to learn dancing for his first performance gets zero stars, meanwhile someone who put no effort and has little skill gets one star purely for his looks. The judges seriously seem to have some inferiority/superiority complex. I really don't think they have any grounds to be making these comments and deciding who gets picked, but they act all high and mighty like they've performed at the Grammys or something. I like the boyz, stayc and pentagon, but who are they to be judging so harshly on this show? They're good, but not superior. The use of idols/actors/ singers as judges is not a good strategy for these survival shows, and I wish survival shows would just stop as a whole or get a better judging system.
@@mariasol1545well most of them aren’t minors though… there’s only two born in 2007 so they were 16 and now just turned 17 last month, and then by Korean standards, the 06s are minors too so there’s at max 8 minors out of 69-70 but really only 4 minors by international standards at the time of filming. Not perfect but better than many shows that cap it at like 19 or 21, and have contestants aged 14 or younger. The oldest here are 26 (ofc this is not in defense of the show I am just saying there aren’t really that many minors here)
even in a concert setting. you dont sing and perform continuously.... most you will ever do is 10 in 1 hour and thats pushing it to the limit with 1 song every 6 mins but even with that you wont be dancing all the way in full choreo.... the guides logic is so flawed and ego centric that outside of their group think.... its getting a lot of hate and push back.
Yeah I’ve been to over 10 kpop concerts and the most you’ll really do is like 3-4 songs in a row, and then like a 5 minute ment, back to another 2-3 songs, another break, if it’s a rookie group maybe they change and/or start performing cover songs in units or solo, do a group rpd, come back do another couple sets of songs (usually with at least one sitting down), more ments, and then later the encore stage where they just walk around to a few more songs
What made this Survival got so many HATE was Lee Seung-Gi comments, remarks as well his obession when it comes to Visuals Trainees not to mention, He Had the Audacity to Make Comments when he himself is NEVER an IDOL as Lee Seung Gi is just a SINGER not AN IDOL
Lol, Seunggi is a member of the Special Forces Military Team. Those guys climbs mountains for days, carry huge tree logs while walking, and sleep in the snow. He knows what a male human body is capable of while these guys are crying after dancing for just 20-30 minutes. If these pretty boys want to chase a dream, they need to toughen up. There's social workers like soldiers and firefighters same age as them who's done way more exhausting physical training than them. Seunggi is just encouraging them. He knows what physical hardship is like. It's nothing compared just dancing for less than an hour.
@@joeblack3623 I don’t mean to be rude but they had to dance to a signal song with only 30 second breaks. Some had to dance up to 19 times which is about an hour. At least the mentor most likely received training before his military training, but they are just trainees. They are two different things and should not be compared. The fact that some of them had inhalers and had to be sent to a hospital mid-show shows that they are not just being petty and spoiled, but they are actually pushing their body past the limit. Not to be rude 🙏🏽
@@Cataclysmicrose trust me you aren't being rude. if anything that person needs to get in touch with reality. Seunggi isn't a good person & he should be arrested for making these people dance non-stop with no breaks
@@joeblack3623 He has training in order to do that. If he did that right at the beginning w/o training, he wouldn't have succeeded. It's a similar story w/ the trainees. These people don't have the training required to do those activities at that level. As a result, they're unable to do it.
@@Cataclysmicrose Lol wrong. Even in the show 'Real Man' which is a military themed variety show starring idols without any training and knowledge, the very first thing they did right away as they enter the premise was do timed limit push ups, pull ups, and running drills. That''s even before their orientation and before they meet their future leader and colleagues. There are no warnings and condioting there, lol. How much more if it's the real military which we are talking about? And do these pretty boys really think that there will be no physical challenges that would push them to the limit in this survival show? I mean really? Do they think it will be just rainbows, butterflies, and girl fans screaming while they do 2-3 dance performances? In any career you choose, there's instances where you need to man up and toughen up. This is a survival competition in which they have to be ready physically and mentally and not cry for mommy when they get tired. This isn't malpractice nor a dumb practice, lol. This is a test of character and will. That one trainee in the episode who said "I can do this all day" showed heart and character. He believed in himself no matter how tired he is. All the other lipgloss wearing contestants should've been inspired by him.
Seungri expecting untrained trainees to perform 90 minutes straight like "an idol in concert" would do is INSANE - also idols have a break in the middle of their concerts to talk and catch their breath, they do ballads in between hard sets so their bodies can rest, they perform solo stages or duets or trios so half the group can rest while changing outfits for a few minutes, there's 4-5 VTRs per concert which can last 3-5 minutes so they can change and rest - wtf is he talking about?! Also, these trainees haven't built the months and years of prep and stamina for that!
The fact that one of the judges said that he EXPECTED Syo to have great dancing skills..that just rubbed me the wrong way..like why? Why should he have great dancing skills? Cause of his African American background?? He sounded so ignorant when he made that comment 🙄 and Syo was deff born to be an idol and it’s not because of how he looks but cause of his TALENT, he’s done 3 amazing performances (the try out, signal song and the stray kids performances). Syo fighting! 🎉 🎉
idk whats more dissapointing. veteran artists believing and encouraging talentless yet charming/good looking people would make the cut or that kpop is actually going to be just a bunch of pretty faces will no hard skills in singing/dancing.
as someone who watched the produce series, another heavily scripted show, there's still no excuses for the way they treat and talk about the trainees. this show is awful, not even entertaining. i expected better from eunbi and hui and hope this changes. edit: seunggi also shouldn't talk about how idols do a concert when he's never had such a concert himself. idol have personal trainers, they also do concert once they're into their 2nd or 3rd year in the industry. these are trainees, some very young; they lack stamina, they lack the training and preparations. what seunggi said what straight up wrong! he was so much better in pd48...
Exactly, I have seen every season of produces, its Chinese, Japanese and Korean versions, and this has to be the worst activity I have ever seen. It is one thing when a trainee reaches those points of exhaustion due to their own demands, it is quite different to push them all beyond their physical and psychological limits in such dangerous way.
I'm just Sad Eric is part of this show. He was so obviously quiet and uncomfortable when the rest of Judge's were thrown harsh comments and he only spoke when he encouraged them. It's not a show for a nice person like him tbh
The other judge's too blind because they think what they do it's true... for me they better not try to add more people to come if they just think they the 🌟most perfect judge's🌟
@mochikim3837 I can understand being strict judge but they're like top excited to play that card too early like dude you haven't even trained them yet and yall are ripping them apart??? It just so stupid
that boy was very awkward and really didn't do anything impressive but them judges still gonna give him a star like what? but not the other boy even though he did way better, the double standards is crazy i swear.
What's worse is the Lee Seunggi, is known to speak about mistreatment when it comes to his music not being credited for 18 years. And even had his own act (Lee Seunggi Incident Prevention Act), yet he does something like this to the trainees? smh.
I mean of course it's not easy to be an idol and you definitely need good stamina. But even at concerts they don't dance to such energetic songs for such a long time. they can also take short breaks or have songs with no or less choreography.
Most of the contestants had previous survival show experience. Kachine in youth with you 3. Was excellent and never to hardly complained. But now seeing him in tears fighting for his fellow trainees it's disheartening 😢
literally so true. I'm really sad that poor Gunwoo (Neil), Xing Xing and Kachine is going through this cause I was really excited to see them again. But even if they debut now - i'm afraid that ent. that is resonsbile for them isn't going to care for them. I really want them to become successful cause they were amazing in YWY3. I'm just so disappointed at this show honestly. I don't even know what to say because i can't tell if its the mentors issue or the directors issue or the pd issue but somebody is responsible for this and I want the truth.
They gave him a STAR because of he's face? Seriously? This was like my teacher who didn't graduated college but called herself a teacher and gave stars to my classmates and gave demerits to behave students because of favoritism. And they called themselves former idol/artist (pro) but some of them lack famously and lack of struggle and most of them only became an artist for 3 year but became judges. Load of BS
She's trying to avoid the r+ace+ism trigger word with YT's algorithms? Though xenophobia is both fear and dislike of foreign things and people. Fits how they looked down on the Chinese contestants. But the judge saying he expected the clearly African American biracial kid to be a better dancer is more accurately described as the r word. It's the stereotype that Black people are all good dancers.
3:36, Why did you change what the tweet said from racism to xenophobia? Because that was NOT xenophobia that was absolutely a case of subconscious racism. The expectation that he'd be good at dancing just by his looks comes solely from Syo being black, they were disappointed that the only black contestant didn't meet their expectations of how black people are, that was RACISM not xenophobia.
The fact that ANY member from Stayc is a mentor is mind blowing. Stayc is a B rank idol group at best. And why Eunbi? Cause she she got praise for her body from the Water Bomb festival? That's like having one of the Le sserafim members as a mentor, doesn't make sense
Omg we get a lovely line up: Racism Life threatening Making idols get hate which is alot more than it should be The producers suck Comparing them to literally a show about surviving in life Love that trainee who stopped that shit. And dedication? What dedication when they arent even being taught actual Things that will help them as idols? Smh

Definitely boycotting that show. I watched it, and during the auditions, they kept talking about how all the Korean members were gone from the top seats. They were so worried about it. The last dude to go to the top seats was Korean.... and many of the contestants weren't graded fairly. A lot of people gave mediocre performances but got high seats, and I just felt there was no actual judging scale. Was I watching America's Got Talent with the one judge that wanted to be comedic?

I want to know who in the hell decided to have survival show for idols in the first place when half the idols can't keep a note nor never have a mic on
Wow, this just seems not only like double standards but unconscious racism. Never thought it would be so obvious. Also makes me wonder if the producers of the show made the mentors not give the other contestant at least 1 star. Korean shows are known for being racist.
This show needs cancelled, producers charged, contestants compensated w money & judges need their careers to go downhill. I don't care for explanations. They're unfair, harsh, rac!st & not even fit to be judges.
i feel like only the judges should get cancelled. For a lot of trainees this is rn everything. A lot of survival shows r aready airing/ will start soon. The only survival show that didnt is planet B. Here r some survival show that started/ abt to start: Scool and Universe league. it will be very hard for them if the show gets cancelled.
This is brutal, i can imagine the trauma the kids have gone thru during that challenge, the show seems like a toxic environment to be in to, with heartless and inconsiderate staffs and mentors. Please parents, pull out your kids.
Actually, I wanted to boycott the show, but I wondered if it would be better for the contestants or not. That's why I'm confused. There are many talented young people who will have to say goodbye to their dreams if the competition ends. On the other hand, I cannot tolerate the injustice done to them.
The concert comparison is kinda dumb. Is the whole point not to learn and train so that they’re able to perform for longer periods of time. They’re still learning so obviously they can’t handle as much as they would learn to carry if they were actually coached through anything
The fact that the judges are seasoned idols themselves and yet treating the trainees like this is infuriating. You know how harsh trainee life is so help them, instead they are loking for visual, ethnicity and giving them absolute hell.
When it was released, I just watch almost half of episode 1, but I already know by then that the show is gonna be fcked up.. Project 7 is way more entertaining to watch, no drama, no racism no power tripping just purely a survival show.. Mentors are also wayyyy better as they hire an actual pros as mentors and not some random public figure..
I tried to watch this show but after what happened and what LSG said, I dropped it. That's was straight up abuse, not training. Imagine dancing so hard, you almost fainted but got eliminated? Brutality.
The first time I watched this, I was actually sad and mad the 2 ep I started crying because I actually felt so bad for them because they didn’t have any breaks and just kept going I thought they were going to have a longer break, but as soon as I saw that timer, I thought it was gonna go up but instead it stayed and then I seen some of them starting to cry, and some of them are starting to collapse I was over here like “There’s no way they’re gonna continue?”😢
Considering Lee Seunggi wasn't even an idol who used to sing and dance at the same time, idk how he thought his insensitive comment would even fly. I was also infuriated by what they did to Sho. His vocals are so smooth and soothing, and they gave him a 0 star. Automatically made me think they were being racist. Probably the backlash got to them as they tried to compensate by giving him 2 stars in the signal song evaluation, but it's too late. People don't forget stuff as severe as blatant racism ETA : I also watch Project 7, and the judges are way nicer there (idk about Hwi tho since he also appeared there in the first part)

I WANT THIS SHOW TO CANCEL BUT AT THE SAME TIME THIS IS THEIR CHANCE TO BE AN IDOL. ESPECIALLY LEE HANGYUL. I'M SURE HE WOULD DEBUT THIS TIME. BUT SEEMS LIKE A DEJA VU FROM X1 😭
I really blame the producers. All this was mostly their idea as an attempt to gain viewers. Most survival shows are scripted and are edited to match the Directors preferences. They're just using the boys for entertainment, not to help them become artist.
Those judges had a personal issue with the show and the super young trainees full of idealism - What they did is really shameful - they acted like asocial beings - they showed their aggressive behaviors, their abuse of power and their authority as well the level they have now reached over those young scholars . They forgot that we all began little by little and increase our works in our fields to get experts or masters - no master is from birth a master. They are not humble as humility left them

I get the argument about stamina but the selectipn process makes no sense. They should have done one level at a time then at the very least and wont the judges have immediately picled the contestants that alreadry drew their attentiom first, turning the remaining contestants into more and more desperate but also more humiliated as time went by. The fact that the kids that didnt get picked had to just keep dancing with their hope dwindling. Theres definitely something sick about this. Also, the way a pretty face gets pretty priviledge. Thats a product of the kpop fans and those that call themselves fans but attack imperfect idols for visual imperfections. At this point its ' who cares if you can sing or dance, atleast we wont have to defend you against the public'.

idols practice for MONTHS to prepare for their concert, and they have personal trainer to help them built their stamina and endurance
these trainees barely have any experience in the industry, this is insane
also during concerts idols aren't singing and dancing the entire time (how ever many hours the concert is), there are moments where their can rest while changing outfits or they play a VCR, or moments to talk and interact with fans
I also think about that and it is true
not every time even sick you have to be ready to go to work
I don't think you watch the whole episode.. dancing to the same songs for many times...I guess the kpop idols or other professional dancers couldn't dance that much of rounds non stop without having a proper rest time..
Also we re talking about 90 times. 30 songs arent nothing to compare to 90 times repeating the same dance. Sorry Seunggi just bitter
The Syo situation screams racism. “I expect you to dance better and honestly thought you’d be good at it” without knowing him at all leads me to believe he saw his skin tone being darker and assumed a stereotype that black people are good dancers. Disgusting.
Is he black ?
Totally agree with you on this..seem like he's been cancelled even b4 he started from the judges comment. Hope his determination and great attitude gets him through
I feel like it wouldn’t be as bad if they didn’t go right behind that and let someone who practically walked around the stage get a star which I’m not mad at him for not having talent but If Syo got zero stars they both should have gotten zero stars if the other guy got a star Syo should’ve gotten a star

Yall the incident with Syo is racism not xenophobia. This was clearly about his skin color not his country of origin as they put through his countrymen who was evenly matched. Words matter.
Thank you, I thought I was the only one who thought that the way they FUCKING judged hime seemed very racism
its both and its possible for it to be both. just racism means that syo is not a foreigner, and as a non-korean and being half american, but he is a black-asian foreigner so its both
they thought that him being half black made him good at dancing because of the stereotype of black americans being good at dance, thats why its both
Exactly!!!
SUN YINGHAO YOU'RE THE BEST!!
YES!!
UP!!!!!!
Wow just the survival show alone is more horrifying than horror film itself. Poor trainees 😢
like at what point is the fame worth it... these kids need to go back to school. Shame on their parents for allowing minors to go through with this
@@mariasol1545well most of them aren’t minors though… there’s only two born in 2007 so they were 16 and now just turned 17 last month, and then by Korean standards, the 06s are minors too so there’s at max 8 minors out of 69-70 but really only 4 minors by international standards at the time of filming.
@@joeblack3623
He has training in order to do that.
Also, these trainees haven't built the months and years of prep and stamina for that!
true! but it was Lee Seung Gi not Seungri hehe
Wrong person.
idk whats more dissapointing. veteran artists believing and encouraging talentless yet charming/good looking people would make the cut or that kpop is actually going to be just a bunch of pretty faces will no hard skills in singing/dancing.
just look at ive/hybe idols
as someone who watched the produce series, another heavily scripted show, there's still no excuses for the way they treat and talk about the trainees. this show is awful, not even entertaining. i expected better from eunbi and hui and hope this changes.
edit: seunggi also shouldn't talk about how idols do a concert when he's never had such a concert himself. idol have personal trainers, they also do concert once they're into their 2nd or 3rd year in the industry. these are trainees, some very young; they lack stamina, they lack the training and preparations. what seunggi said what straight up wrong! he was so much better in pd48...
Like I’m trying to understand why Seunggi is even on the board???
Shame on Lee sung gi for his remarks and for favouring the visual trainees. I salute Sun Ying Hao for standing up for his fellow trainees.
Probably because Eric understands their struggles
@mochikim3837 I can understand being strict judge but they're like top excited to play that card too early like dude you haven't even trained them yet and yall are ripping them apart??? It just so stupid
@SUNSHINELIX-hl8ds exactly. And then there's Yoon acting as if she knows better than Eric who's been longer in the industry
that boy was very awkward and really didn't do anything impressive but them judges still gonna give him a star like what? but not the other boy even though he did way better, the double standards is crazy i swear.

What's worse is the Lee Seunggi, is known to speak about mistreatment when it comes to his music not being credited for 18 years. And even had his own act (Lee Seunggi Incident Prevention Act), yet he does something like this to the trainees? smh.
The jury must change the sentence, lee seunggi must pay for his statement
The Dance Challenge is just Ridiculous 💔
I'm so disgusted he got a star because of looks wow. While the curly hair kid who received zero stars actually danced and singing wasn't bad smh...
Load of BS
Fun fact : Xenophobia is A fear of Strangers and Foreigners. ❤
ow i thought its sinophobia. sino meaning chinese
Lol what's fun about that? That is just simply the definition of it.
Words and their meanings change over time as people evolve. In this case Xenophobia is hatred for foreigners not fear.
@@MoodyChavierThey hate because they fear.
Xenophobia - Racism, it's the same thing just with a bow on it. Yay, go Korea
No they're actually very different.
She still wants to make Money from the video
Some words flag the video for demonetization
But don't they except them all to be good? That's why they're there.

This show needs cancelled, producers charged, contestants compensated w money & judges need their careers to go downhill.

The dance challenge was pure insanity.
The fact that the judges are seasoned idols themselves and yet treating the trainees like this is infuriating. You know how harsh trainee life is so help them, instead they are loking for visual, ethnicity and giving them absolute hell.
Tell k-pop is toxic without saying it is .
But what makes this worst was that they left the WEAKER dancers to dance for about half a hour 😭😭I felt the pain

People don't forget stuff as severe as blatant racism
ETA : I also watch Project 7, and the judges are way nicer there (idk about Hwi tho since he also appeared there in the first part)

Yinghao was already selected but he still decided to speak up for the other trainees but got gaslighted into thinking that he was wrong to speak up
I really blame the producers.
They are not humble as humility left them
They're too much... Even if they say that it is a survival show
I feel so sad for the trainees, dancing multiple times with only like 30 secs break can’t give u that much of recovery back cmon they are just trainees they aren’t idol yet so not too harsh on them man like what is this show all about
That's why I didn't watch it again after ep.1....and for the first time I hates all the mentors from this survival show..
@@rhienjloves4864 some of the mentors had nothing to do with this ep tho it's just most of them like for instamce Hui ad Eric had nothing to do even tho hui was in this ep and segment but eric was not even present during that segment

that's the saddest part
I feel sorry for the trainees of this show 😢 There are many talented trainees, this show doesn’t deserve them.
Squid game promotions should have been around this survival show I mean how realistic it is
I get the argument about stamina but the selectipn process makes no sense.
After seeing the first minutes of this video I wanted to go and watched the show but when I watched till the end I realy couldn’t force myself to watch such a disgusting show.
Stop complaining here and just go to the official channel and report the video
i don’t usually partake in boycott nor think that it’s really necessary, but this show desperately needs to be boycotted. the amount of pain these trainees are going through is not normal and i really hope it gets better.
Yea starlight boys is torturing their trainees
Many of these trainees are minors right? HOW is this legal! Is Korea culture this cruel to be okay with kids collapsing like this??? These shows should be illegal.
@@BookAndLace Actually their ages are between 1998 -2007 and only 2 people i think are minors and basically all the contestants are 06 to 98 that makes them legally adults but it was indeed cruel😡
Is this something new? Cause if I remember correctly, this happens in most survival shows. They disguise racism and discrimanation as criticism and looks gets you far. In fact, you can have literally 0 talent and debut with them saying you have 'charm' and 'potential'. In essence, survival shows never was and never will be fair.
