Still have and use it since 2017. There is nothing to replace this legendary headset.

@@arinkarwan5888 I have owned both and I have to say the Kingston version is clearer then the hp version, the hp version sounds muddy and it's just not as good as the Kingston version.

Been using my Cloud II headset for around 6 years now without any issues. Very happy with them. When the time comes to replace them, I'll be getting them again at this point in time if they're still available.
Mine just gave up after 5 years of using it every day for i would say an average of 8-9 hours a day since im sitting infront of my pc for work aswell. Nearly all headset ive had in my life didnt make it past 1.5-2 years even if they were way more expensive then the hyper x cloud 2
my man, they are available everywhere here where I'm from. they are amazing and I want a pair. I use glasses and some headsets press my head too much and it hurts, are these soft in your head?

New ones (HP) have poor build quality and sound like shit , expecially on fps like valorant or cs2.
How do I get the old model made my Kingston
Cloud 1 original version worked perfect for 10 years, the mic I had to replace but know I have to change the jack cable and every leather component.
Got mine in 2018 and just now switched to the cloth ear cups since the shedding of the black material on the faux leather is annoying. And I don't really clean my headset but noticing it's sorta sticky on the plastic black parts. Not sure if warm water with cleaning solution will solve this. But it lasted this long and still looks very servicable.
Are these with USB? Does the audio work only with the USB? My pc's aux is dead.

I used to have a Cloud 2 myself and had it for years, but I upgraded to Audio Technica M50x (and a hyper X Solocast mic) for better sound quality and replaceable cable.
When I use the sound card usb and plug into my ps5 the sound is so quiet compared to when it’s just plugged into the controller
I had an original Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 headset and had recently bought a new one to replace it because of wear and tear. The new ones are made by HP are soooo bad with a lower quality hollowed out plastic and they give 0 bass. I would highly recommend you stay away from the Cloud2's unless you find an original Kingston one.
Bro I broke my Kingstone cloud 2 headset because I threw it at my desk (one of the plastic brackets slipped out) so I bought the hp version of the cloud 2's, they where so bad, the sound was off, it's not as comfortable, it felt tighter round the head, it was heavier, so after 1 year of being shit at games I decided I'm going to get a screw driver and fix my old headset so I unscrewed the bracket, placed it in the right place, screwed it back in again and omg I love the Kingstone hyperxcloud 2's, the sound is clear, the headset is lighter, the materials are more premium and I am going to rock this headset until it fucking dies on me and then I will go for stealseries or Corsair
I will not throw it on my desk in a fit of rage, I am not going to break it, I am going to treat it like a baby from now on because these might be the last cloud 2's from Kingstone that I could have my hands on

I have to say i am in my 3rd headset right now since they released and i plan to get them again if anything happens. I can't ask for anything more from a headset , they are truly legendary. I might have still been in my second pair had i not burned the cable with a candle by mistake.

@@blueknight7100 I have moved on from wireless products to wired, including keyboard and mouse. Too much of a hassle to recharge wireless or get good signal all the time and better response times and quality with wired.
@mohdalasfar1361 Not particularly except from the red box which seemed cheaper and worse quality than my first couple of headsets. But keep in mind i have my 3rd pair for quite a few years already so it may have gotten worse, i don't know. I use the headphones a lot so my earpads are in really bad shape so last week i ordered new leather ones and still wait for them. For now i use the fluffy ones that come with the headset but those have a bit worse sound isolation and are probably better for winter. One thing that is better in my last pair though is the sound card usb. The first couple didn't last but this one is going strong and i find the sound quality better than 9mm jack.

Had the headset for 1 year, everything was going great until I downloaded the Voicemod and then the mic stopped working. I've already tried everything the VoiceMod mods and HyperX support have told me, but it still doesn't work. Have there been people with similar problems or how do I fix this?
Test it on another pc to see if the same problems occur!

People need to make more wireless version of this headphone, ive seen many comments in many videos people disagreeing with the reviews and many of those commentors did admit they had wireless version of this headphone. Maybe the wireless version IS way better, plus its way more expensive than the wired
Meh I think it was the HP swap that caused issues
plug it in a proper amp/dac such as sound blaster g6. it will become more than enough for gaming, movie and some of music.

I'd recommend not getting it anymore UNLESS it's a Kingston original one. I bought one a few days ago - sounds terrible, as its a hp version. They do not have ANC but passive NC. I wouldnt recommend it for music

How do I buy the Kingston model still
Mine just broke, the right one doesn't make any sound no more. Just wondering if I should buy another pair or if there is something better for the same price these days. They are very worn, nearly all the plastic parts are cracked. Had to glue some of them back together. And the fake "leather" parts have worn out totally and look like crap and are disgusting so started using the fabric ones but they are messed up as well now. I've had them for 7 years. They were actually cheaper when I bought them than what they are now.

It could be that your headset was picking up radio station signals. Can happen to a lot of different audio equipment if the conditions are right, and I've heard of it happening with headsets before.
Everything was right i use corsair void elite and razer headset too but none of them have that problem

The unit you are having is manufactured by kingston or HP ?? if its manufactured by HP they've changed the quality of headset in terms of build quality and sound quality ?? as i read some reviews about the headset which was manufactured by HP and people are saying they've changed the headset , if they did not changed it then , should i go for it because i want a new pair and i am confused that whether they have changed it or not

Lol, its a gaming headset not an audiophile device. Its fine for the price if you dont use the usb sound card as i alluded in the video . Not brilliant but good enough for gamers lmao. Also just cause you made music for 5 years doesnt really mean you know sound lmao if you were an audio engineer or measured audio products like crinacle, different story

Very poor lower high-frequency response with shouty harsh sibilant 10k frequency. Piss poor imaging. Poor build quality. Poor mic quality. Narrow soundstage.
I have them. They’re not good for gaming. ESPECIALLY cod

How do people use this garbage I’ve tried so many other peoples hyper x headsets and they all are garbage compared to my Astro a40s
but the astro 40 has a 40mm driver where the hyperx has a 50-53mm driver, you will feel a different soundstage which you don't get on smaller drivers, even my Steelseries v2 headphones can produce good positioning because of this 50mm driver which I don't get on my headphones. has a 40mm size, even though the sound is better, the soundstage and precise details of enemy locations in the game are the most important
