Money don’t hide. You are a rich man bros.. you might not feel like that but you are. I came to America so I can build a house for myself and family. I t took me years to realize that dream. Once I did, i moved back to Africa the same year. Keep it up
Well done bro. Like I said in the previous video, I can relate to this having done same. Storey building really costs a lot and can be discouraged during the level flows. Iron rods and the concrete works isn't cheap at that point. You've really done well going further up with the floors. It's a good idea as you are making good use of the land space. This is a great investment for the future. You never go wrong with buildings. I wish you well and thanks for sharing. I never thought of having videos for my work at the time. I do have some pictures though and whenever they pop up on my Google pictures I remember the struggles and rejoice at how God helped us through with our first project. You can be proud of yourself knowing you have your own roof over your head and also doing some investment properties. The right time to build is always now.. Prices of building materials never come down.. Your best price is today's price. Push on bro. You will make it. Proud of you
Thank you very much. After 6 years something made me keep the pictures and videos for memories. I never really expected to edit them and put them all in a video. I have had so many of them taking up phone space that I need to free up. I can finally gain more MB lol that’s one of the things I don’t like is prices don’t go back down, so you are right today’s price is your best price. I’m so glad I started when I did and urge all to start now, don’t delay. I took a gambling chance by building while still in America. As risky as it is, it’s the best way because one still has access to a fair amount of USD versus those that have moved here first trying to rent and build at the same time. That could be exhausting.
Very inspiring video Ohene. That 3 story Airbnb is genius and will gain you much revenue in the future. Godspeed to you and your endeavors, keep the good work up and inspirational videos. I never thought I would be seeing Marcus Garvey’s dream in real time with us returning to Africa.
Thanks bro. I’m hoping it does just that. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. 3 of those clips was recorded with the oldest android phone in Ghana. @@webelonginafrica44 that was a good price 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I was talking to a guy in the Gambia and him what's $4600.00 for a 65x65. Was it hard to find someone you could trust when it came to buying land?

I’m still working on it. I’m actually even taking a small break now building as I get the money. I was over charged on the beginning stages but a structure like this could be done for about 35,000 to 40,000 or less. I’m admit I was robbed on the cost of iron rods and workmanship.
How many rooms in the 3 storey building and is it gonna be for rent? I just got done with my 5 bedrooms house in Kumasi and gonna start building 3 storey apartment with 15 rooms 5 on each floor starting next year God willing before I relocate back to my homeland Ghana. Currently in US may God help us all.
Oh my brother that’s going to be a power move with massive income. Mine will only be one self contained room on each floor. No I won’t really have it for rent to keep it occupied all the time. It would be almost like a guest house that I will rent to travelers that are visiting.
It's okay to speak. But you might what to put 2 story building in brackets for your non American subscribers. Lol. And probably explain in the video so educate everyone that it's different across the pond 😁 Lovely work boss. I like how you are taking your time. Can't wait to see how the roof is done especially with the waterproofing since you want an extra floor as the roof
Ok so my secret is I did all of my building investments when I was working in the states over a period of 6 years. I currently don’t have a business in Ghana but I am looking to open up a car paint shop in the near future. However I do have a small company that gives me enough income to get by from America. I am taking a break on my building right now because the price of iron rods is so expensive and I’m hoping for a price reduction before I can continue. Once I can complete the most expensive part, which is putting the concrete floor over my 3rd level, I can take my time and start on the bottom building and work my way to the top. Can you give us some price hint ? I watched all the video about your house but none talk about it ? Thanks you by the way for your videos !
I have a video with the price hint of the main house but I have yet to do anymore work on the story building. Over 6 years I spent about 65,000 🥵
bro did you damp proof?
You know I didn’t find out about damp proofing until I had problems to my main house and I already had the building to 2 stories by that time. 🥵

Story building or storey building?🤔
Story building (American English) Storey building (British English)
